Pros: The location is perfect in Old Town Chania. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. The bedding was particularly comfortable and luxurious.

Cons: Everything was good.

Amazing holiday chania never disappoints

Pros: The closeness to the harbour, the quirkiness of the furniture and the incredibly comfortable beds alongside the fantastic terrace made this just about perfect.

Cons: The accommodation is on top of a lively cocktail bar that is open till 5 at the weekends. The noise wasn’t horrendous but was noticeable in bed

One of our happiest holidays (and we've had many!)

Pros: Casa Armada is an elegant, comfortable apartment in the heart of the Old Town, which is exactly where we wanted to be. All the rooms are spacious and airy, with effective air conditioning in bedrooms and living rooms. The inner courtyard is a delight for breakfast on cool, shaded mornings surrounded by greenery. The two comfortable balconies overlooking the street are perfect for watching the town wake up and go to bed. The apartment is very well equipped and provides very good quality toiletries and bath and bed linen which were changed half way through our two week stay. The entire apartment is immaculately clean and well maintained. Our host Eleni could not have been more hospitable, welcoming and helpful - we hope to return next year!

Cons: Being right in the old center, there was a little noise from the outside, but that's normal in that area

Home away from home!

Pros: We had a fantastic 5 night stay at Casa Armada. Eleni was so lovely and welcoming. The house was very warm and homely. The cupboards were stocked with all the essentials. There was even beach umbrellas, an esky, shopping carts and ear plugs for the noise at night. We didn’t mind the noise otherwise we would have chosen to stay somewhere further out. The location was incredible, only 60 metres from the harbour. We have been travelling for 3 weeks and it was by far the most comfortable and spacious accomodation we’ve had.

Beautiful Apartment close to Venetian Harbour

Pros: A beautiful apartment with elegant furniture, fully resourced kitchen, piping hot water, washing machine and both indoor and outdoor dining space - a real home away from home. Located a few minutes walk from the Venetian harbour, tourist precinct, and restaurants/bars. Really easy check-in and communication with the host. Could of easily stayed more than 4 nights using the apartment as a base to explore western Crete

Cons: Being close to the tourist precinct there can be street noise at night. The host did provide ear plug though we did not need them. While this did not affect us - our 2 year old and 5 year old children slept the night through no problem - I would not recommend the apartment if you are a light sleeper.

Wonderful experience in real Greek home

Pros: Location could not be more central. Very spacious apartment with lovely courtyard. Like staying in a real Greek home. The Hostess was very lovely and helpful.

Cons: On weekends you may hear noice from bars located on front street.
