New and spacious apartment

Pros: Location of this accommodation is very good, it is really very close to a small beach, and 10 minutes walk to the old town. The apartment is new and spacious, and has 2 air conditioners, washing machine, working desk, a nice terrace, and almost everything you need for a longer stay.

Cons: Although the furniture is nice and new, the apartment is lacking some things to really be cozy (more then a few dishes and glasses, dish washer, etc.) There is a lot of room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness, as the apartment was not properly cleaned since the previous guests have left it (dishes and utensils not properly washed, dust, etc). Also, we couldn't check in at the agreed time, because (as we were told) the previous guests decided to extend their check out time, which is not acceptable, but I also have to say that the owner was nice and sent some fruit and food to apologize which was very nice of him.
