Creta Palm Resort Hotel & Apartments

Pros: The hotel is lovely. We went out of season so it was pretty quiet but could see that it would have been buzzing in the summer, particularly in the pool area. It's in a good location, very close to the beach.

Cons: The hotel itself is really nice but the room was a bit tired and dated, particularly the bathroom. Could do with updating in line with the rest of the hotel.

Pros: The hotel location is very good and its services and staff are friendly.

Cons: The apartment is for four people. I found it good, but I did not like the bathroom and the shower. Its location is not suitable.

Pros: Lovely clean pools, well kept gardens! Nice family apartment. Nice breakfast buffet. Friendly staff.

Great position -nearby Chania, and great food. Also, great support from the people who work there.

Pros: Great position, near to the beach Agia Marina. Also, if you choose the breakfast and dinner the food is good and diverse every day.

Cons: We informed that we will be 3 persons, and at the moment of the check-in our room wasn’t prepared like this. It was necessary to kindly ask at the reception to prepare the couch to be made like a bed, with pillow and sheets.

Very pleasant and relaxing stay.

Pros: Really good location. A stones throw from the very nice beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel facilities were as expected. Breakfast got busy (as you would expect given the time of year) but the staff did manage to keep on top of keeping the buffet options populated. If anything did run out they we quick to replace it when asked. We only used the front pool and found that to be large enough to accommodate the guests. It did get a little busy at times but there was still space to have a small swim or play games with family. The apartment we were initially given was not what we expected but after speaking to reception they happily gave us a different apartment after one night, when it became available. The new apartment was very good and plenty big enough for a family of 4, including two teenagers.

Cons: The apartment we were originally provided with was split on two floors with the double bed upstairs. The stairs to the upstairs room were very steep and the room was incredibly hot, even with the air-conditioning on. The room downstairs felt very narrow and a bit cramped. These types of rooms are not mentioned or pictured on booking.com nor the hotels website. However, as mentioned, the hotel were happy to move us to a different apartment on a single floor as soon as one became available.

Nice place, worth for revisiting.

Pros: Location, layout, proximity to beach, crew and room set up excellent.

Cons: Bad coffee during breakfast, double bed too soft.

Excellent location in a comfortable hotel with great pool and lovely staff

Pros: Great breakfast with good variety to suit various nationalities. Nice large room with balcony and air con, lovely swimming pools. We were not disturbed at all by noise from the other guests. The staff were very friendly and polite and efficient. Excellent location just across the road from the sea, near plenty of restaurants. 20 min drive to Chania old town and a little more to the airport.

Cons: The cocktails at the bar and the coffee at breakfast were a bit disappointing. There didn't seem to be enough deck chairs at the main pool - or the guests kept them constantly 'reserved' with their towels. That was a shame, but probably reflects more on the selfishness of guests than the hotel itself. The bathroom was a little tired but perfectly adequate. I couldn't adjust the aircon to a good temperature (but maybe that was just me) so at night I was too hot without it, but a little chilly with it on. However, in all we were extremely happy and these are tiny little grumbles

Pros: Very clean hotel friendly staff. Great pools and breakfast. Across the road from the sandy beach, supermarket and great restaurants.

Cons: Dinner options dissapointing.

Nice hotel in good location.

Pros: Nice area with pools and plants. Big balcony, good bed, fridge, Coffeemachine in studio, really kind staff helping with anything (car rental, room chanching) good cleaning every day. Coffeemachine in breakfast.

Cons: Bathroom doors have water damage in downside. Breakfast was same every morning and juices didnt taste good. I think that bedsheets and towels chanching every day is too much, its nice but not ecolocical.
