It was easy and lovely

Pros: The place is easy to find, next to a parking and lots of restaurants and not far from the centre. Beautiful sea view. The owner is extremely nice and full of very good advices for touristic purpose.

Pros: Spacious room with huge terrace and fantastic view. Right on the water. Host provided maps and advice.

Cons: Our room was on the 4th floor (3rd floor USA); no elevator. We are in our 80's so it was a challenge, but the view was worth it.

Great host, comfortable room and amazing location

Pros: The host was very easy to communicate with and gave us a very comprahensive briefieng about what to see around Kissamos, where to eat and shop etc. in our native language- outstanding service. The room was clean, spacious and the bed very comfortable. Also, the location was amazing- very close to a large and free parking, immediately next to local restaurants.

Cons: Minor things: the TV was a bit outdated (no streaming services/smart TV), the kettle didn't really boil the water, and the noise from the main corridor was quite loud as soon as the cleaners started work in the morning- I'd imagine if someone wakes up late, this could be problematic.

Very good value and good night sleep

Pros: The beds and bed linin and the shower were all very good

Cons: It needs up dating although it was very clean

Pros: The phenomenal host welcomed us with coffee and cake, and took the time to tell us about all the highlights of the area – from the best beaches to bars, bakeries, and restaurants. A true host in every sense of the word! We are very grateful, and he even provided beach umbrellas for us to take along. The rooms are absolutely beautiful, cleaned every day, with bottles of water thoughtfully left for guests. Our room had a particularly lovely view of the sea, which made the stay even more special.

Pros: We could not have chosen a better place to stay. From the first encounter the host Kostas showed us an excellent hospitability and spent his time telling us about what to do in west Crete. He was so kind at every step of our stay. The location was also perfect. Directly in the heart of Kissamos, with beautiful view and amazing restaurants around. Parking is also super convenient and about 20 meters from the spot of accomodation. Our room was super clean and serviced daily. We had everything we needed. All the faciloties were as they should be, bed very comfortable and AC working well. Thank you Kostas for the unforgettable experience you provided us!

Kissimos hotel

Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Location: many excellent restaurants Good bathroom and shower

Cons: The small mountain view balcony needs smaller furniture, it was difficult for 2 people to sit comfortably on it together.

A very relaxing start to our holiday in Kissamos..it exceeded our expectations!

Pros: The hospitality of the receptionist was magnificent. He recommend places to visit on at Crete and Kissamos and was very helpful when it came to activities on a particular day.

Cons: It was a bit dusty under the bed, nothing that bothered me. The only thing I could put a finger on
