Perfect place to chill next to the sea

Pros: Very friendly host and staff. Spacious room with aircon and a well-equipped kitchen. Everything very clean. Most importantly, beautiful balcony with a view to the sea. There is a nice beach a few minutes by walking from the hotel with a chill cafe and cool beach club. Overall, excellent place if you want to relax with a bit of privacy but be relatively close to the center of Chania.

Pros: Staff pleasant, accommodation very clean, comfortable bed with regular sheets and towel changes. Balcony, views, location and air conditioning excellent. Also on check out baggage storage plus later excellent shower and toilet facilities before late night flight were a big bonus.

Cons: No information pack/ file available. Kitchenette in studio apartment dated and basic. No toaster, microwave or oven/ grill facilities. Limited cooking utensils. Bathroom snug, bathroom window mechanism broken, shower low pressure, overhead shower did not work properly, shower temperature varied uncontrollably.

A pleasant stay

Pros: Beautiful location, friendly host. The room got cleaned every day and bed sheets changed every 3 days. Beautiful garden outside and a relaxing natural environment.

Cons: Wifi signal was very weak and most evenings we found ourselves switching onto our phones' data in order to connect to the internet, as signal would disappear when too many people were using it.

Highly recommended - I will happily stay at Kalliopi Studios again

Pros: Perfect location: 5 minutes walk from a beautiful beach, and a 20 minute walk to the outskirts of Chania. There's a big supermarket just around the corner as well as bus stops taking you to Chania or along the West Coast, with buses running about every 15 minutes until early morning hours. We loved the fact that the location of the apartement was so peaceful and quiet, and yet so close to the hustle and bustle of Chania. The apartment was exceptionally clean and extremely spacious, and each have either a balcony, or in our case a beautiful and large terrace. The extra bonus was the charming and extremely helpful owner, who was always full of good advice regarding excursions, restaurant recommendations and transport options. My son and I had a wonderful time at Kalliopi Studios and will happily return again soon. Highly recommended.

Kalliopi is a great place to enjoy your holiday and relax. It is very quiet and far from any tourists.

Pros: Nice place close to two very nice sandy beaches. The host of the property is very kind. It is clean and pleasant hotel.

Pros: The accommodation is spacious, with comfy beds, very nice beach is 5 min walk away. Bus station to Chania very close as well. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Cons: We did not have time to explore the neighborhood but we lacked some good Giros place in a walking distance

Pros: Perfectly located, 30 mins walk to Chania center is almost unnoticeable, but you are staying in a nice quiet area next to a beautiful beach which was not crowded at all! The owner is very friendly and hospitable, he treated us very well and helped with anything we needed. The room was very tidy, cleaned every day and had everything we needed. There is enough space and the balcony is a nice touch. If you have a late flight, you can spend all day at the beach and still have a shower and dry your beachwear in the common area before leaving. Super convenient!

Cons: Nothing, really good value for money. Overall fantastic experience!
