What a wonderful peaceful gem

Pros: The host ( Theodosia) was so welcoming and helpful during our stay. Rooms were spacious and clean. Pool area was nice with a wonderful view across the bay.

Cons: We did often run out of hot water

Lovely owners in amazing scenary.

Pros: The owner made us feel very welcomed. The location is a bit far without a car but we enjoyded walking around and taking buses to placed.

Cons: Everything was great for us.

Pros: Very good place to stay at, everything was Very clean and comfortable. The location is Great to explore Xania Area. Theodosia and her mom were extremely nice and helpful, we recommend 100 % staying with them.

Cons: Nothing at all. The proximity of the airport makes you hear some planes sometimes but nothing alarming.

True mental and physical reset

Pros: The apartment exceed our expectations. The authentic experience of true Cretan hospitality and such a beautiful place. The pool was the best of all, sometimes we would choose it over beaches! Location was far enough from Chania to really experience peace and feel the nature and have a true moment to yourself, stop and reflect, but close enough by car to visit Chania (which was so viby!) and also close to awesome beach nearby (Kalathas). Theo and her family gave us such an amazing experience, it was unspeakable pleasure to meet the family, there is nothing that I wish was different. We were so sad to leave :(... Everything was so clean, apartment was refreshed everyday, we had fresh flowers on the cupboard, and generally speaking the attention to little details and how the space was carried was so wholesome. Best holidays we had :) Definitely will be back!

Pros: Arrived late. No problem. Welcomed with cold drink. Studio- Nippingly clean. Serviced daily. Well stocked kitchen. Excellent aircon. Extremely quiet and very effective. Pool area and gardens-Beautifully maintained. Lovely flowers. Bean bags by the pool and very comfortable sunbeds. Stunning view over Kalatha. Location- Up a hill overlooking the Bay. 10 minute walk to well stocked shop. 25 minute walk to the beautiful beach. €20 for 2 sunbeds and parasol. Breakfast-Amazing. A bowl of chopped fruit. Cold meats, cheese and salad. Ham and eggs. Greek yoghurt and honey. Pastry. Freshly squeezed orange juice A bottle of water. €13. Snacks available throughout the day. Equally delicious and good value. The highlight is Theodosia herself and her family. She is the perfect hostess. Will go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Very reasonably priced. Would return in a heartbeat.

The garden was full of flowers and trees, creating a peaceful atmosphere that made us feel truly relaxed. The pool was perfect for cooling off, whether in the morning or during the evening – such a nice touch! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back one day!

A home away from home!

Pros: Theo and her mother are incredibly sweet and attentive women who do everything they can to ensure you have a fantastic holiday. Theo was so helpful in finding great excursions. As a solo traveler, I immediately felt safe. I 100% recommend this accommodation to people who want peace and quiet, a fantastic view, a lovely pool and perfectly maintained studios. I loved every bit of my holiday and would definitely go back.

But what truly made the difference were the people, Theodosia and her family are incredibly kind, generous, and attentive in every detail. We felt genuinely welcomed, and completely at home. It was the kind of place where you wake up smiling, filled with gratitude. And for us, it will always hold a special place in our hearts, because it’s where we got engaged. It’s hard to put into words how much it all meant to us, but one thing is certain, we will be back. If you’re looking for a place with soul, where you can truly experience the beauty and warmth of Greece, I don’t think you could make a better choice.
