Amazing family holiday in an amazing rural setting

Pros: Great and very accommodating hosts. Great outdoor & pool area. Remote and quite location.

Cons: The house is a bit sensitive to hearing. The lawn attracted lots of bees.

Spectacular stay in a beautiful mountains villa

Pros: Perfect place if you'd like to stay in a calm, small villages area in the mountains. It's a bit far from big cities (~30 mins by car from Chania), if you like awesome mountains roads its an advantage :) Every day here you can enjoy wildlife - see and hear sheeps and goats :) , and spectacular mountain views from the villa. The villa itself provides any needed facilities, here you'll find all you need for your stay. We spent one week 6 adults and 1 baby, and that was one of the best holidays for all of us:)

Cons: The villa is not soundproof, if someone sleeps in second floor bedroom and someone spends time in the kitchen, you feel that everything happens in your bed :) Also one bedroom it's accessible by crossing another bedroom Pool water all the time it's a bit too cold, looks like that it's use refrigerator to keep the temperature Anyway, that small issues did not disturb our perfect stay at all :)

Pros: I have been coming to Crete for years and love everything about the island. Villa Fabrica far surpassed what I was expecting for accommodation. The little extras that were put in place as part of the welcome pack went far beyond what I have previously experienced. This, for me, makes Villa Fabrica an outstanding accommodation. As a single mother of 3 teenage daughters, we had all the space we needed within the property. We had all the space we needed outside to enjoy our piece of isolated, rural, Cretan heaven and feel free to truly relax and enjoy ourselves as a family. Thank you.

Cons: I can't say anything I didn't like about the accommodation, but it is a point if you are not comfortable and capable with driving. It is out of the way, rural and isolated from town and shops. You need to be OK with travelling 30 mins plus to a sizeable supermarket and also for restaurants. The roads are more on the challenging side to drive. I have been coming to Crete for years, and it was the most challenging drivewise, but I am comfortable with that. It is something to consider if you are not. I will certainly come back.

High quality family time in wonderful villa surrounded by nature.

Pros: Our family had an amazing time at Villa Fabrica. It started with the nice ride in the hills towards the villa, followed by a warm welcome. Some fruits, snacks and some drinks in the fridge were part of the welcoming. Information regarding shops, touristic visits, ... are provided. The site is just wonderful. Surrounded by nature and quietness. Outdoors bbq and pizza at our disposal. All necessary facilities such as washing machine, dishwasher, tv, wifi, oven etc are available. Very nice pool and terrace. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private parking. House & pool were cleaned once a week! If you really with high quality family time, this place is highly recommended.

Cons: Can't think of anything negative to mention. It's just great.

Pros: Absolutely stoning place I can recommend to everyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay on Crete. Beautiful surrounding, comfortable and fully equipped villa, and a fantastic pool area – this made our holidays a dream time. Thank you and see you again soon 😊

Breathtaking experience

Pros: Our stay in Villa fabrika was unforgetable :)))) the Villa is build on a foundation of a XIX century olive oil factory, however build with high quality stone and material - thus the place has both a vibe of tradition and modern comfort. The interior has such a level of warmth and atrention to detail, that a womans hand must have been used to feel truly as if at home <3 The location is great, within driving distance to Chania, in a little valley, such that when swimming in a swimming pool, you feel solitude of being sorrounded by mountain peaks. The hosts are the kindest of people, welcomming us with a basket of olive oil, wine and other goods we didn't even ask for, and then left us to enjoy the stay with complete respect for our privacy. This was by far the best reservation I have ever made on Booking - thank you so much :))))

Absolutely fantastic

Pros: Prachtige rustige locatie, zeer comfortabel, met een groot en schoon zwembad. Grote buitenruimtes met verschillende zitjes. Goede keuken, fijne woonkamer. Goede hosts, de gasfles was leeg tijdens het koken, en werd meteen omgeruild!

Cons: Als je veel wil gaan 'sight see-en' dan is de locatie niet echt handig. Het kost minimaal 40 minuten om aan de rand van Chania te komen via een vermoeiende slingerweg. Als je voor de rust komt, perfect!

A great escape from the hustle and bustle of New York City. We needed this!

Pros: The overall facilities were great. The host left some quick breads, eggs, ham/cheese, bread, honey, fruit, etc for us as we checked-in. The host is a 5 minute walk away so we always felt cared for knowing they were this close.

Cons: There wasn't anything we didn't like about this place.

Es waren ein paar unglaubliche Tage und ich möchte dorthin zurückkehren.

Pros: Mir gefiel das Haus und die Lage, ein sehr ruhiger Ort abseits der Stadt, die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar, das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Küche bietet alles was man braucht und der Grill auch, der Pool ist wunderbar mit eine tolle Aussicht, ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten.
