Pros: A house in a fantastic location on a hill with a beautiful view of the sea and the town of Hora Sfakion. The view upon waking up in the morning was amazing.
Cons: The house and pool were spotlessly clean. Very well equipped. Thank you very much for the welcome gifts and the excellent wine and cheese. The hosts always made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you very much.

A perfect location and property to relax and enjoy the beauty of Sfakia.
Pros: Lefteris, the host was super friendly and helpful. He made us feel welcome immediately. He was happy to help with questions through WhatsApp. He told us everything we needed to know and lots more besides about the Villa and the surrounding location. The Villa is beautiful: the location is fabulous. Waking up with a near panoramic view of the Aegean, Gavdos and Sfakai is an unforgettable experience: the bedroom windows make it feel like there is nothing between you and the sea. The terrance and pool offer a stylish and uber relaxing place to spend your days in the sun. You can also watch the sunset whilst lounging or eating supper. Little touches like the bathroom window providing a view of the mountains and gorge. You can shower and feel at one with the landscape. The biggest compliment I can pay this place is that we booked again for next year during our stay. WE have never done this for a Villa before in any country. Ευχαριστώ παρά πολύ Λεφτερι!
Cons: Nothing to criticise. I've scratched my head. But I cannot think of a single thing that I would change in this idyllic place.

Perfect!
Pros: The entire process of taking over the accommodation/house and returning it went extremely smoothly and was very communicative thanks to the owner/agent. The explanations and instructions were also very good. The owner speaks English very well.
Cons: Nothing really. Except for a few minor details in the house that were missing, but the owner asked about them when we returned the keys and said he would try to fix them (towel hook in the downstairs bathroom, skirting board in the kitchen).

A great holiday destination.
Pros: The villa has a wonderful location overlooking the village of Skafion. Its fully equipped and very comfortable. If travelling by car its worth stopping at a supermarket on the north coast for a wider selection of food etc as local supermarkets have a limited choice. There is a great selection of restaurants in the village which is a 15 minute walk downhill.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt
Pros: Ein wahnsinnig schöner Blick! Die Lage ist wie auf einem Viewpoint! Haus ist fast neu. Vermieter ist total nett und sehr bemüht. Auch Heizung war vorhanden (wir waren im Februar da).

Ιδανικό κατάλυμα για χαλάρωση και απόλυτη θέα
Pros: Το σπίτι ήταν άψογο, καθαρό και πολύ προσεγμένο, με όλες τις παροχές που χρειάζεσαι για άνετες διακοπές. Η θέα στη θάλασσα ήταν μαγευτική, ειδικά τα πρωινά και τα ηλιοβασιλέματα, ενώ η πισίνα πραγματικά απογείωσε την εμπειρία μας – ήσυχη, καθαρή και ιδανική για χαλάρωση. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική, κοντά σε παραλίες και σημεία ενδιαφέροντος, αλλά ταυτόχρονα ήσυχη για ξεκούραση. Ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενικός, εξυπηρετικός και πάντα διαθέσιμος για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

Pros: Our host was exceptionally kind, communicative, and knowledgeable—making our stay smooth and enjoyable. The villa’s location is fantastic, with plenty to see and explore nearby, and the view was truly mesmerizing. One of our favorite parts was relaxing by the pool, especially during sunset—it was absolutely magical.
Cons: While our overall stay was lovely, there were a couple of small things that could be improved. We noticed some hair in the pool area and bathroom upon arrival, which could have been more thoroughly cleaned. Additionally, as someone who takes contrast showers, I was hoping for hotter water, but it was more on the warm side.

Pros: Simply amazing newly built villa at the top of the village. Beautiful views, splendid pool area, cloud like bed and solitude. If you want to be in the Sfakia region, couldn’t be any better. Thanks so much to Lefteris for all of his recommendations and for being such an amazing host. Can’t wait to return again someday!!!
Cons: Nothing. Well maybe I wish we stayed longer.

Faszinierende Location
Pros: Wir haben uns in der Villa Doma sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Grandios ist die Sicht aus dem Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock. Aus dem Bett heraus geradeaus breiter Blick aufs Meer und den Hafen, nach rechts auf den Berg der von der Morgensonne rot glüht. Dann ab in den Infinity Pool, danach Frühstück auf der Terrasse alles mit dem beschriebenen grandiosen Blick. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist vollständig. Wir kommen wieder :-).
Cons: Alles in Ordnung!
