Pros: Absolutely everything was great: the location, the facilities, the hospitality and the flexible approach of the owner. The apartamaent is located directly at the sea, you can hear it, feel the smell and enjoy the cooling breeze. The village is quiet and offers the possibility of real rest, without quads, motorbikes, discos and overcelebrating tourists. An ideal place to relax with the family. The privat pool was ideal for us. Superb restaurants in the immediate vicinity, offering fresh seafood. Our host Irene is very helpful and supports every request.

Pros: Very good location, a few metres from the beach, opposite a good bistro and a family-run restaurant. Comfortable villa, spacious 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (with washing machine), fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), comfortable living room. Super pool. Irene prepared a day's food, we even got a bottle of wine. Attentive host, helped with everything.

Excellent
Pros: Excellent!!! Everything was perfect. The communication was very nice and friendly. We were welcomed in the most friendly way. The house is located in a quiet and safe area. The sea is just across the street. There are also some great taverns and a café really close. To the next supermarket it is some minutes by car. The house was perfectly clean and there was really everything we needed. At the same time there is not too much stuff. The decoration is lovely. Every room had its own air condition. The beds were comfortable and there were enough sheets, blankets etc. The kitchen is very modern as well as the bath rooms. We had a lot of towels even some to use for the pool or the beach. The pool was great and we enjoyed it a lot. The terrace on the roof has a stunning view and it is perfect for sunbathing. I highly recommend this house. We have missed nothing and had a really great stay there!
Cons: For us there is nothing we didn't like. But maybe I could mention here that the area is quite calm, so if you are searching a place for partying or going out a lot this is maybe not your house. It is also helpful to have a car as the supermarkets are in the next city. And it is a good place to start some trips around the island.

Traumhafte Lage. Erholung pur.
Pros: Für uns war der Urlaub vom ersten Betreten bis zum Verlassen der kleinen Villa perfekt. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist traumhaft. Nur von einer Strasse getrennt ist die Unterkunft nur 2 Schritte von einer kleinen romantisch Taverne entfernt, die sehr gutes Essen sehr sympathischen Service bietet. Wenn man will, kann man an der benachbarten Beachbar Liegen am Strand mieten. Unser Highlight war allerdings die Dachterrasse. Der Blick auf Meer und Landschaft sind traumhaft. Die Lage insgesamt ist sehr sehr ruhig. An manchen Tagen waren nur 10 Menschen am Strand.
Cons: Der einzige kleine Punktabzug ist der Gockel nebenan, der zum Teil die ganze Nacht gekräht hat 😉. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber dafür sind Preis Leistung für uns super gewesen.

Pros: Bardzo ładny dom , wyposażony bardzo dobrze . Blisko plaży oraz klimatycznych tawern . Dobre miejsce wypadowe na Bałos i inne piękne plaże . Basen rewelacyjny . Gospodyni bardzo życzliwa i pomocna . Na początek przywitalne jedzonko i wino w lodówce . Super wakacje . Polecam ❤️

Wspaniale miejsce
Pros: Dziś jest nasz ostatni dzień i jest on przepełniony radością i satysfakcja z udanego urlopu ale też smutkiem bo musimy wyjeżdżać. Dom jest godny 100% polecenia. Czysty, zadbany i cudownie położony. Jego właścicielka Irene przyjęła nas cieplo i zadbała o każdy szczegół. Była we wszystkim pomocna I nie pozostawiła ani jednej naszej prośby i pytania bez odpowiedzi. Przestronne pokoje , czyściutkie pachnące czystością łóżka i ręczniki....w tym domu masz wszystko czego potrzebujesz podczas pobytu tutaj. W dniu przyjazdu czekała na nas butelka greckiego wina i przekaski w lodówce... I o czym wiecej może marzyć czlowiek? Dziekujemy z całego serca za goscine i już zapisujemy się na kolejny czerwiec.
Cons: 😉 nie ma takiej rzeczy.

A renouveler sans aucun doute.
Pros: LA maison est superbe ; le propriétaire est très agréable et bienveillant. Bien que la communication est compliquée en raison de mon anglais débutant, on perçoit le sens de l'accueil, et de la gentillesse. De plus, des petits cadeaux bien sympathiques à l'arrivée... Le jus d'orange frais avec les oranges du jardin... Vraiment je recommande ++++
Cons: Le manque d'eau chaude à cause de l'oubli de nous informer comment mettre le chauffe eau en marche forcé. Le mauvais temps (pas de chance) et la piscine n'est pas chauffée. Dommage

Unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt sehr schöner Urlaub mit kleinen Einschränkungen
Pros: Die schöne Lage und die saubere Anlage nach der 1. Woche gab es eine Zwischenreinigung. Irene hat auch ein gutes Starterset in den Kühlschrank gelegt, so daß alles da war und man sich in Ruhe die umliegenden Supermärkte suchen konnte. Die Villa entspricht den Bildern und wenn wir wieder auf Kreta in der Region sind, buchen wir die Unterkunft wieder, sofern verfügbar.
Cons: Das Haus ist für sechs Personen ausgelegt. Die Außentische ist einer für 2 Personen und ein weiterer für 4 Personen. Am Pool waren 2 Liegen von einer war das Tuch gerissen, auf der Dachterrasse waren 4 Liegen, 2 davon das Tuch komplett zerrissen, somit unbrauchbar, brauchten wir auch nicht. Zudem auf der Sonnenterrasse nur zwei Stühle und ein Servierwagen als Behelfstisch. Das Nachbarhaus hat eine schöne Chillout Lounge für 6 Personen. Sollte hier auch angeschafft werden. Keine Außenüberdachung bei Regen. Der Pool hat eine fehlende Abdeckung bei der Filteransaugung, unabhängig von einer Gefahr bei längeren Haaren hat dies auch eine funktionale Einschränkung, dadurch das dieser 30cm unter Wasser ist sucht sich das Wasser den einfachsten Weg und der Oberflächenskimmer hat gar keine Funktion. Wir konnten wir das so gestalten, daß der Oberflächenskimmer wieder funktionierte. Notwendig weil extrem viele Pollen von den Bäumen in den Pool kommen. Gleiches beim Wassereinlass am Boden, dort fehlt bei einem auch die Abdeckung so das nur dort Wasser in den Pool strömt was dafür sorgt, daß im anderen Bereichen sich der Schmutz am Boden ablagert.
