Pros: Villas are modern and well equipped. The host is very hospitable and helpful - provided bbq, sun umbrellas and reacted quickly to a small issue we had with electricity.

Cons: Not much to do in Kissamos and the region when it was pouring rain for two days in October

Pros: Limosa Residences is a place to be, every tiny detail has been wisely designed to have the perfect stay. Houses are big, spaces are well conceived, everything is really clean and cozy. Me and my family had a perfect time and wished we could spend more and more time there. I can't wait to be back in Crete to enjoy the island and I will stay at Limosa without a doubt. Thanks also to Chriss who is an excellent host, he also shared with us full of useful tips to enjoy the island at the very best! Agata

Wonderful stay

Pros: The accommodation was perfect, with modern and well decorated interiors and everything you could need including excellent air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher etc. It was also kept exceptionally clean, and the pool was great too. The properties are very close to Kissamos restaurants, supermarkets and a short drive to some amazing beaches (Falassarna was our fav). The host Christopher was wonderful, nothing was ever too much trouble and made us feel very welcome. Couldn’t recommend more!

Great space with a shared pool and very close to the sea.

Pros: Great location about 2 streets back from the sea and all the restaurants. Great villa complex with lots of internal modern space. Very helpful manager Christopher who met us and made us feel very welcome. There is a large Synka supermarket 5 mins walk which has everything you need for your stay.

Pros: Amazing!! Everything is new, modern and it has all one needs! The attention to detail is excellent, really a place tailored to enhance the holiday experience. Great host also! Highly reccomend this location! :D

Pros: Couldn’t recommend more. The house is impeccable and all appliances are new. The place is relatively close by car from the most famous beaches. There are also restaurants and a supermarket near the place. Special thanks to Cristopher for the recommendations.

Pros: The place was brand new, clean, and very well-maintained. The apartament was fully equipped with all household appliances. It’s also very child-friendly, which was a huge plus for us traveling with kids. There was plenty of space, and the environment felt safe and relaxing. The host was super helpful and kind!

Very high standard accommodation

Pros: Overall very high standard fit out, nothing to remark there. Good restaurants in the strip along the sea (few minutes walk) and great supermarket in the other side

Cons: The immediate surroundings are a complete let-down compared to the accommodation it self. Various accommodation owners should work together with municipality and other property owners to clean it up. Also, the outdoor space and swimming pool are comparatively small and will be crowded when the complex is fully booked. The main reason for most travellers to stay here is the proximity to Kissamos Port, from which daily boat service to Balos and Gramvousa is available. Somehow, various accommodation owners could capitalize more on this - maybe even organising more private boat trips...
