Pros: The property is beautiful. It is spotlessly clean and has everything you need for self catering. BBQ outside, dishwasher, washing machine access to Netflix, Apple etc just log into your account. Mosquito screens upstairs. Air con.
Cons: There is nothing wrong with the property. It is lovely. You do need a car as it is remote and not on a easy bus route. For example to get a taxi to Chaina you are looking at 25 each way.

Pros: The property is perfect to relax and explore the beaches near by. There's plenty of space for all the guests, a fully equiped kitchen and a great outdoor area. The host Andreas was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay, making sure to support our needs - he even brough some toys for my little one to play with!

Pros: Beautiful villa with all facilities! Great pool and pool area. Great rooms with en suites and AC. Good beds, duvets also. Kitchen fully equipped with everything you need, from hand mixer to blender to toaster to 2 coffee machines! Very nice to have refreshments on arrival also! Management team responded quickly to all enquiries, very efficient and helpful, facilitated taxis and other trips.
Cons: Noise from the airplanes and military planes. But got used to that also after some days.

Pros: The house is perfect for a vacation. beautifully located and very well equipped (noteworthy are mosquito nets in every window or hair dryer in every bedroom). The area of the villa itself is really ok, the rooms are very well designed and comfortably furnished. After opening the sliding windows in the living room, the relaxation area with the pool is practically in the living room :-) On the plus side, cleaning in the middle of the stay :-) Before my arrival, I received an email recommending Kydon rent a car - you don't need a credit card to rent a car because you can pay on the spot in cash. The rental company also does not charge a deposit - I sincerely recommend ;-)
Cons: The owners have no control over this, however, you should remember two important things. The beach is not far away, however, the roads do not have sidewalks which made it impossible for me personally to get to the beach on foot and only by car. The house is located only a few minutes from the airport so you have to take into account that the planes departing from Chania can be heard. It didn't bother me personally, but it is worth bearing in mind.

A dream come true in Crete!
Pros: This villa is a must in Crete! Located in the outskirts of Chania and 10’ away from the airport you have access to secluded, calm and pristine beaches. The villa is amazing, fully equipped (linens, towels, amenities…) and everything is brand new - even better than in pictures. We stayed 7n and had a cleaning service during our stay. Vasilis is one of the best hosts we’ve ever had, always supportive and provided lots of restaurant and places suggestions through whatsapp. He offered a complimentary early check in and a late check out, which helped our schedule run smoothly. Definetely suggest this villa in Crete! Robert

Excellent all round
Pros: The Villa exceeded our expectations and the rooms were bigger than how they appear in the pictures. We were a family of 6 and the villa felt very spacious. it is modern and very clean. The pool and outside seating were great and we used these areas a lot. The distance from Chania was good and took about 23 minutes by car. Chania is a really lovely town with lots of restaurants to choose from and loads of shopping opportunities. Chania is very busy at night and finding free parking can be a nightmare, if you don't mind paying then go straight to the Parking Plaza underground car park which is a really short walk from the harbour. There is a mini market very close to the villa that sells pretty much everything including pool inflatables. There were beaches close by and others no more than a 30 minute drive away. Vasilis who manages the property was super helpful and always responded to any messages super quickly.
Cons: That we had to leave!

Perfect for a family stay!
Pros: We booked a 3 bedroom Villa, it was perfect place for a family to stay! Comfortable and big rooms. Very nice and cool pool area. In the villa we found everything we needed for a whole stay. The owners of the villa is very nice and helpful! :)

Pros: Villa bardzo czysta. Widok z balkonów przy zachodzie słońca Super. Blisko do piaszczystej plaży gdzie woda jest bardzo ciepła . Prywatny basen :) Bardzo nam sie podobał obiekt jak i okolica .
Cons: Samoloty z pobliskiego lotniska ale do zniesienia
