Petras Luxury Villas

Highly recommend this villa. Spent relaxing, quite days!

Pros: Everything was perfect. Villa was equipped with all one needs. Very clean and the host Alexandros was always ready to help. Found water, fruits and some food upon our arrival. Lots of restaurants around the area. Falasarna beach only 4 min drive and was beautiful! Very quite, just hearing sheep bells

Cons: A squeezer would be helpful next to the pool area as the pool water would get all over the area. Could get very slippery. Electricity wire cable distracted the picturesque view.

Pros: Amazing villa! The view was breathtaking, the people who worked there are super sweet and kind, the bed was SUPER comfortable and I had a beautiful rest there. Everything was new and in good taste. Would love to come back!

perfection in a quiet corner of Crete

Pros: beautifully designed, fitted out and maintained 3 bed villa with infinity pool and view over olive groves to the ocean. really well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso machine, even a juicer and toasted sandwich maker as well as full size fridge/freezer. washer/dryer and clothes airer. very nice modern sleek design. large terrace and great pool, lots of outdoor seating, bbq and small outdoor kitchen. beds were comfortable, the whole place scrupulously clean, and staff very nice but unobtrusive. they very kindly brought the most delicious free breakfast on trays to our villa one day which was kind. we ate very well at local tavernas in Platanos, Gramvousa and Kissamos. beaches are fabulous but otherwise very quiet around this part of Crete, which suited us. thank you for a refreshing and relaxing stay.

Pros: Modern, new, beautiful place. Awesome views. Great to lounge around by the private pool or to use as base to explore the many good beaches around. Falasarna is a gem. Petras Luxury Villas are the business! All the mod cons you’d need, including a clothes washer. Nice staff - super friendly and competent.

Cons: Nothing I didn’t like. As it’s new and we were only the second people to stay in the 2 bedroom unit, there were minor teething problems that were immediately actioned by Alexandros. Full score.

Petras is just an amazing place to stay.

Pros: We returned to Petras after 2 years and we straight away felt like home, Alexandros the host, welcomed us when we arrived in the evening was there for any question we had during our stay. The property was extremely clean and spacious, and very well equipped, it is a perfect place to chill and relax, no need to run to the sun beds and put your towel to be the first one. The location is perfect because it is quiet but close to a few excellent restaurants, Kissamos is 15 minutes by car where you can find supermarkets and the Falassarna beach is just a few km away by car. The view on the sea and the olive trees put a smile on your face as soon as you wake up. I had talked to Alexandros about a plant I liked in his garden and on the day of our departure a big branch was cut for us ready to be taken home. Thanks again for that :) We are already planning our next trip there :)

Pros: Unser Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den herzlichen Empfang durch die Gastgeber, den traumhaften Pool und die atemberaubende Aussicht. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Villa können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen – einfach tipptopp!

Pros: Très jolie maison, moderne, bien équipée,.a.5 minutes de la.supeebe plage de falassarna en voiture..La.piscine privative est sympa avec de nombreux transats ..nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons apprécié avoir quelques fruits et nourriture de.bienvenue. Le 1er jour,.notre.hote.nous aeme.offeet.le.petit.dejuener de.l.hotel.qui était.vraiment excellent. La maison est très.bie..situee.poir visiter cette partie de la crête (1h de la Canée, 45 min de Balos, 1h de Elafonissi)

Cons: Dommage qu une ligne électrique passe devant la piscine entre la maison et la mer et gâche un peu les.couchera de soleil, mais on l oublie vite

Pros: На віллі є вся побутова техніка: 2 кавоварки, гриль, варильна поверхня, посудомийна машина, пральна і тд. Відмінний приватний басейн. Дуже близько до гарного пляжу Tiny beach. Гарні таверни поряд. Дуже чисто. Власник Александрос привітний та позитивний, все показав та розповів де краще їсти, відпочивати. По приїзду нас чекали фрукти, кава, чай, нарізка, тости, вино, вода - це було супер, ми повечеряли. Однозначно рекомендую,

Gorgeous property with beautiful modern design and furniture

Pros: Villas are beautiful!! We enjoyed the pool and location was great too, close to the beach and restaurants.

Pros: Bel emplacement, piscine privée absolument parfaite avec vue sur la mer. Appartement très propre et très bonne literie. La cuisine offre tout ce qu'il faut si vous souhaitez cuisiner sur place. L'hébérgement met également à disposition une machine à laver la vaisselle, un lave-linge et un barbecue. Endroit calme, parfait pour les familles mais aussi entre amis.

Cons: Le service pour le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré, l'attente est d'environ 50 minutes si vous n'êtes pas dans les premiers à avoir commandé. Sinon malgré l'attente celui-ci est très bon.
