Perfect accomodation for families
Pros: - Super location: sandy beaches in walking distance ca 250m, Shops, Resaurant. Good for starting points for day trips to Elafonisi, Falassarna, Lake Kournas, Agia Triada, Chania 15minutes. - Air conditioning, pool was cleaned regulary (however when we arrived water was a bit greenish), lot of space, perfect for 4 persons
Cons: - Sofa was dirty but we could wash the cover so was fine afterwards - One matesss was already not comfortable

A perfect stay - relaxing, active, and everything we needed in one place.
Pros: We had an amazing stay! The villa was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The pool was a highlight - always clean and perfect for relaxing. The bikes provided were a great bonus and very useful for quick trips to the beach or town. There’s a lovely park nearby, ideal for morning runs and outdoor workouts with pull-up bars and parallel bars. The beach is close, with a volleyball court and beautiful, crystal-clear water. Everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Perfect crete holiday home for the active family
Pros: Very central and close to some of the best beaches in crete. Big supermarket nearby. Nice pool area to sit and relax. Bus to chania 1 min away.

Fab Villa....everything you need for a fantastic stay in Crete...great location...recommended!
Pros: Fantastic villa...had every facility that you could need...very clean, modern & comfortable...lovely pool & outside area..even had 2 bikes available to use which was handy for shopping..excellent host...very helpful and replied promptly to any email queries...excellent location...so near to the beautiful beaches, shops & restaurants...even a bottle of wine, water, bread, ham & cheese in the fridge on arrival...we would definitely recommend....oh, and a lovely cleaner & pool cleaner who we met at the end of the holiday and were very helpful when our taxi didn't arrive!..
Cons: We honestly could not find fault with any aspect of the villa or the service provided by the host....all excellent!...highly recommended!

Perfect villa and location
Pros: Villa Meltemi was perfect for our family holiday. The villa itself is exceptional, a lovely bright airy open plan kitchen/diner/lounge opening up onto the terrace and pool. Useful downstairs toilet too with airer, washing basket, travel cot etc. Upstairs a good size bathroom and two large bedrooms with lots of storage and balconies. Bikes and a bbq are there for guests to use too. Location is excellent, tucked away with space to park. 5 minute walk to 3 excellent beaches and 5 minutes the other way to many restaurants, coffee shops etc. Near to shops and bus stops so a car is not essential. Great communication with the host Gina too. Highly recommended.

Pros: The house comes with everything you need for a relaxing holiday! ☺️ Aircondition and TV In every room. The owner was very helpful during our stay.
Cons: Nowhere to put our trash, so we had to go a little further to do so.

Wonderful house in a fabulous location.
Pros: Very spacious, with great facilities. Small kitchen but with most things required. Lovely bedrooms and living space and fabulous garden with pool. Very cool in the hot weather. Well located near the park and close to three great beaches.

Generally very good property in good location
Pros: Nicely secluded and quiet location. Fly screens to all windows/doors. Convenient for local beaches.
Cons: Kitchen utensils were adequate but could have been a bit better. Problem with pool (possibly due to maintenance contractor not attending)

Pros: Great location - close to the park with a children playground, small sand beaches, tavernas and supermarkets and bus stops. The villa itself is equipped with everything you need and the private yard with the outdoor swimming pool offers great relaxation time outside.
Cons: There need to be clearer instructions how to reach the villa as it is at a dead end of a street and you need to go through the yard of another one in order to see the villa Meltemi sign. Cleanliness can also be improved.

Pros: Talon sijainti erinomainen, rannat kävelymatkan päässä, useita ruokapaikkoja lähistöllä ja kaksi talon polkupyörää tekivät aamuisista kaupassa käynneistä helppoja. Hyvin tilaa 4 hengelle ja makuuhuoneiden sijainti yläkerrassa antoi rauhan aamulla myöhempään nukkuville.
