**Perfect Stay in a Beautiful Location**
Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk to Chania Old Town, with great restaurants right around the corner. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The owner was fantastic—she warmly welcomed us, explained everything in the apartment clearly, and even came by to refresh the space halfway through our stay, which was such a thoughtful touch. One of the highlights was the upper balcony, offering a stunning view over the ocean—an ideal spot for an evening drink while watching the sunset. Everything was just perfect, and we truly couldn’t have asked for more. We’ll definitely be back!
Cons: There was nothing not to like.

Family visit to Chania
Pros: Travelling with my son ,daughter and son’s partner..perfect property for a group Modern decor and a lovely roof top terrace with views out to the sea and Chania 20 min walk to town 10 euro taxi home Full equipped kitchen The pool was very welcome and warm .it was 35 degrees when we arrived Hara provided a lovely welcome gift basket of fruit wine and bakery goods and some great recommendations for cafes and restaurants

Excellent villa, would recommend
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay in this villa. It is well equipped and very comfortable. Some personal touches made it extra special; for example the host Hara was there on arrival with food to welcome us, and had plenty of recommendations for restaurants and a reliable taxi driver who we used a few times. The location of the villa is really beautiful, the views are amazing and there are a couple of good restaurants close by. The old town is about a 20min walk away. Hara was a great host, easy to contact and very attentive, even arranging an additional visit to clean the external areas of the villa for our comfort after a storm left some debris around. All in all we had a really good experience and would highly recommend this villa.

Superb villla with breathtaking sunset views
Pros: Fantastic villa with great amenities. Very spacious (our group was 5 adults) and we were made to feel very welcome by Hara.

Amazing!
Pros: The property had everything we needed and more, it was like a home from home. The views from the windows all around the property gave a different outlook over the area, it was beautiful.

Perfect
Pros: Incredibly beautiful place. Spacious, light-filled, sea views from every room, private pool and roof top patio. They left us coffee, wine, ouzo, pastries, juice, bread, cheese and cod cuts which we did not expect but so appreciated. The villa was exceptionally clean and Hara was so lovely to deal with. This was one of the most special places I have ever stayed and I hope to return one day.
Cons: I cannot think of a thing I didn’t like!!

A perfect location for those seeking more peaceful time out.
Pros: The location was exceptional. The villa is on the waterfront, the sea ever changing outside the bedroom window. The best fish restaurant in Chania is right on the shore below the villa, a huge unexpected bonus, delicious food and friendly service, wonderful for supper there, or takeaway back at the villa. The much busier old town and main harbour, full of bars, boats, and shops, and tiny cobbled streets full of history to explore, were a twenty minute walk along the seafront - which we loved and did daily. It was then a joy to return to our peaceful spot, swim in the totally private pool, and watch the sunset from the terrace.

Perfect villa for perfect get away
Pros: Yannis the host was very attentive and the villa itself had everything you could have wished for. We loved the pool and the view from the veranda was spectacular. Perfect for morning coffees and evening drinks. Restaurants are about 1km walk away and shops are closer. Beds were lovely and comfortable and we spent a lot of time here.
Cons: We had no dislikes whatsoever

Beautiful, relaxing haven, incredible location.
Pros: A beautiful oasis away from the busiest part of Chania. We loved the privacy of the villa and the 360 views, there was a different, picture perfect vista from every room - spectacular sunset view from the top terrace (which was also good for people watching at the popular fish restaurant adjacent to the property). Despite being fully booked every night, the sound didn't make it into the villa and we weren't disrupted by the noise at all. The kids loved the pool and the relaxation areas and there were lots of different options to chill out across the house. Iannis, who looks after the property was incredibly helpful, responsive to queries and full of recommendations.
Cons: There was a parking space outside the property but it was a little tricky to get into and out of depending on where other people had parked.
