Good value and unforgettable experience

Pros: Very spacious and quiet, all Katakis family is super nice and hospitality. We have car, therefore easy to get anywhere. The swimming pool is clean.

Pros: Gorgeous villa, excellent facilities, plenty of nearby beaches, small village nearby for essentials, chania town is close by too (20 mins by car). Definitely recommend renting a car

Nice view and very clean villa

Pros: Everything… the villa is very nice , clean and new. The kitchen is very practical with all what you need. The owner is very kind.

Cons: Actually nothing but to mention that’s the airport is near, which is very practical but you can hear the freight during the day, at night we did not hear it.

Amazing!

Pros: The place was beautiful! From the minute we arrived the keys were ready for us. We opened our door to a lovely open plan and a beautiful view looking out. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all of an amazing size with beautiful clean crispy white sheets and fluffy white towels. The bathrooms are fantastic with all amenities that one needs! The pool was beautiful with lovely sun loungers and a bbq. Melonis owner of the property is a lovely gentlemen and whatever we needed he was always ready to help and be at the Villa within minutes. The rest of his team who cleaned and also helped with the maintenance where all lovely. Will definitely go back and recommend to people. Thank you Melonis!

We had a lovely holiday in Kataski Villa

Pros: Villa has everything we need, with good standards and a very modern design. We spent a lovely time. The owner is very nice, kind, and friendly. We are grateful that we could hire their villa.

Cons: Our sea view was slightly obstructed by a villa in front. However, it wasn't a major issue.

Pros: The villa is great, very well equipped with everything you may need during your vacation time. The owners are very nice and friendly, trying to help when questions arise. Many thanks to Katakis family for their hospitality and assistance! We will definitely come again. We strongly recommend this place to everyone who wants to enjoy a nice and relaxing vacation.

Pros: Amazing g facilities and lovely hosts. Close to the airport. Good view of sea and mountains.

Cons: Taverna nearby was closed and you need to drive for shops etc.

Pros: We truly had an incredible time staying at this beautiful villa. From the luxurious amenities to the stunning views, everything exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late which made our stay even more enjoyable. We cannot wait to come back and experience this amazing villa again.
