A real Oasis

Pros: Exactly as described by the title...an Oasis just 15 mns drive from Chania stunning Old Town! Excellent customer service from all, the Reception ladies were extremely helpful with any kind information we asked for, the cook / serving lady was responsible for our delicious fresh orange juice each morning, Housekeeping ladies did an excellent job (the room was really clean, tidy and refreshed up to perfection). We much enjoyed the very nice continental breakfast, of fine quantity and quality! The surroundings, gardens, buildings and the HUGE garden with trees were also very interesting, since the property has a long family history, and pleasant view. We didn't use the swimming pool or the Pool Bar, since we went swimming on all the days of our stay (perhaps next time?), but it's another + for the place. Would definitely stay again!!! Thank you for all!!!

Cons: Would be nice to have a kettle in the room for some coffee / tea making. We didn't ask, though...

Pros: Everything is wonderful , clean and the hosts are polite.

Pros: We liked the house and the view very much. The breakfast was delicious and the hosts were very kind and helpful. The bus stop is really near and the town is friendly. We enjoyed our holiday there.

Cons: The bathroom is a little bit small.

Great quality - price ratio, can recommend!

Pros: The bed mattress and pillows were super comfy, the room was cleaned daily, the airconditioner worked great and the room also had a small terrace where you could dry your wet things from the beach. Breakfast was also excellent, our favorite was the greek yoghurt + honey combo and the freshly squeezed orange juice. For the price - quality ratio this is a true gem.:)

Cons: The location was a little bit away from the centre, roughly 35mins walk, which in itself would not have been a problem, if there were sidewalks for pedestrians all the way through. The outer area of the city seems to have been designed to be traveled by car only. In any case, you can take less busy roads to get there, and most drivers were mindful of us walking on the side of the road.

Pros: The hotel was very good and good value for money. Didn't have enough time to fully get the experience but will probably return.

Cons: 3 beds was a little cosy for the room.

Pros: Rooms cleaned everyday, friendly staff, big pool, delicious breakfast. For the price we paid it is great value

Cons: The location is a little far. We used several times taxis to get around

Pros: Fantastic breakfast, lovely, friendly hosts and a great location just a bus ride from chania. Room was comfy with a great view and cleaned daily. Beautiful pool set in lovely gardens of fruit trees. Great value for money. Highly recommended and would love to return.

Pros: I have stayed at Oasis for the last 3 summers, and I wouldn't choose anywhere else. The area is lovely, quiet and very relaxing,and my sons love the pool. The staff are very helpful and very friendly. The breakfast lady, and the cleaning ladies, they are wonderful, and all do an amazing job!! The rooms are kept clean , with fresh towels every day. Supermarkets are very close, and if you are without transport, there is a bus stop close by that takes you into Chania centre. This hotel is perfect for me, I love to drive to Platanias, Heraklio and other parts of the island, and The Oasis is situated right next to the national road, so no having to wade through traffic in the town to start your journeys. There is also plenty of free parking space at the hotel, so no stress of street parking.

Pros: The swimming pool was very clean and room clean as well. Nice garden with fruit trees. Quiet and peaceful location. Breakfast is good as well.

Cons: It's not the best location if you don't have a car, you can use a bus or taxi. If you just want to go for a walk, there is nowhere to go .
