We had an amazing time

Pros: We stayed at the hotel for 7 days with four people and had an amazing time. The room was spotless and always pleasantly cool thanks to the air conditioning, which made our stay extra comfortable. Stella, the host, was absolutely wonderful she went above and beyond to help us, from recommending the most beautiful beaches to sharing great restaurant tips. She’s such a warm, welcoming, and caring person. We truly had a fantastic experience at Alma City Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Chania!

Pros: Lovely hotel and an even lovelier host. Stella gave me all the recommendations I need, arranged transportation in Chania and for the airport as well. Honestly there’s nothing negative I can say. Just a 10/10 experience. Highly recommended!

Pros: Stella the host is super helpful in finding best places to eat, shop and see in and around Chania. We had a spa bath on the balcony, that was great after full days of walking.

Cons: It's a little bit far from a beach, but still only 20 min to a small one and 35 min to a nicer one.

Pros: Great little boutique hotel on the outskirts of Chania old town. We loved walking to the town which only took 15 minutes. The room was very spacious and modern with high ceilings. Had a minibar which was stocked every day! Air conditioned, luxury products in the bathroom, easy parking.

A great base to explore the beautiful city of Chania

Pros: I can’t recommend the hotel enough. We had a car so the location was perfect. It was 15/20 minute walk to old town. There was lots of parking in front of hotel. The room was modern and cleaned daily. Coffee pods were replaced daily as were the soft drinks and water. The toiletries were also replaced daily and smelt amazing. The bed was comfortable and lastly we couldn’t say enough about our host Stella. She was so helpful with food recommendations, places to go etc

Everything was perfect

Pros: Everything was perfect, very new and beautiful. The hotel is a 15min walk from the city centre and its a pleasure to walk there, for those who have a car, you will always have a parking space right next to the hotel and its very quiet and nice to sleep there. The host was very friendly and helped us with some great advise for the best beaches
