Nice house, nice location !

Pros: We really enjoyed the house, quiet and close to Elafonisi. The house is individual so you are very confortable. The are two air conditionners, an old one and a new one which makes the temperature of house good. The house was also very clean. Quality of the beds were also fine. The best part is probably Emmanuela who is amazing. She is very reactive to answer to any question or concern, she always had a special attention to us and our kids (thank you for all the sweets :) !). And she came several time to clean the house which is very appreciable.

Cons: Everything was fine. When you book here, it is bit like coming to your grand parents house. Some furniture can be old but finally everything is working with some extra steps.

It was nice to be able to stay in such a quiet location away from the crowds of Elafonissi Beach

Pros: Location, Emmanuela was very helpful and responded quickly when we needed help with the temperamental washing machine. She had also put some small supplies into the fridge for us which was helpful.

Cons: The main bed was small and an additional mattress that didn’t fit the frame had been put on the under mattress so it was quite uncomfortable. The washing machine was temperamental and hard to use.

Depends on your expectations: for us : a big 11 on 10🇬🇷😉

Cons: Bathroom ( just a new shower would make a world of difference) could use some check-up. Location is absolutely great, but do not go to Elaphonisi ( 6 km away). This is not Greece. A real mass tourism disaster. We loved our stay, because it’s remote from everything, but you definitely need a car. During daytime ( 11 till 18) a lot of traffic on the main road ( NOT in front of this property) towards Elafonissi. Would we go back anyhow: yes! .

Such a fantastic time, would definitely go back

Pros: Really cosy and private place in a beautiful spot of West Crete, a stone's throw away from Elafonissi Beach. We were made to feel really welcome, and the friendliness and hospitality of Emmanuela were so genuine and impeccable. She is the most caring landlady.

A cozy cottage by the sea

Pros: The house is located in a peaceful area, on a small hill with a view of the sea. It has a small terrace and a spacious garden with Mediterranean plants for outdoor enjoyment in the afternoon or evening. During the stay, it was often windy, which is a characteristic of Greek islands. Approximately 10 minutes away is the beautiful Kedrodasos beach, which was the main reason for choosing this location. In the vicinity, there are three very good restaurants and a market where you can buy food and everything you need for your vacation. All the locals are very friendly. Additional information for guests: two stray, initially wary but friendly dogs often appear in front of the house (black & white and brown). We gave them some food every day, so if you love animals, you will probably do the same. Thank you.

Cons: Since I was in the cottage with my wife, we would have liked a larger and more comfortable double bed. I think the air conditioning could have worked better, but in September, it was windy enough, and evenings were cooler, so the air conditioning wasn't necessary

Relaxing, homey and extremely

Pros: Location was perfect! The house in a little quiet road with little to zero traffic. The garden was lovely and the house was fully equipped. The hostess, Emmanuela, even stocked the fridge and the cabinets and was always giving treats to our daughter! Amazing value for money!

Pros: Mrs. Emmanouela made everything easy from the start. We spent an amazing 5days in this part of the island and would stay here again on any trip in the region. The house was open, well ventilated and with a quiet neighberhood. Although the facilities are a bit dated, the easiness and comfort offered by this little cottage add to the charm. Also, it is a stonethrough away from top rated beaches.

Pros: The lovely small garden to hear time passing. The possibility to watch stars at night when you swim underwater.

Cons: Unfortunately there was no barbecue, therefore we had to limit our meat consumption for a day.

Pros: On top of all is the host. Emanuela is such a positive and energic person that we cannot help but loving her from the first minute. The house is in a quiet location where we enjoyed stunning sunsets, a corner of paradise beach just a few minutes walk, amazing taverna and Elafonisi and Kedrodados beaches 5 minutes by car. At night we stared at the stars and had such a good time on the terrace. Supermarket opened from 8 to 23 by 3 minutes walk. Olive trees and big cactus groves for healing the soul surround the house. The monastery nearby is also a magic place. Even if the house is small, it is so clean and cosy and brings people together, so it is a plus. 10 out of 10 from us for this location. ❤

Ruhig und günstig gelegenes kleines Ferienhaus für Strandurlaub

Pros: Schönes, ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mit nettem Garten, wo man im Schatten frühstücken kann. Toller Blick zum Meer mit Sonnenuntergang vor dem Haus. Viele schöne Strände in der Nähe, u.a. Elafonisi. Minimarkt und Tavernen fußläufig erreichbar. Parkplatz direkt neben dem Haus Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die sich im Vorfeld von selbst gemeldet hat, einfache und unkomplizierte Hausubernahme

Cons: Alles gut!
