Ireland 🇮🇪

Fantastic value for money, simple room, great location and amazing breakfast.

Pros: We booked a budget double and, although it was small, it had a balcony and a great bathroom. Very pleased. Breakfast in nearby Votsalo restaurant was included and was fabulous. Welcome glass of juice in Votsalo on arrival made us feel very welcome and valued.

Cons: Would book a bigger room if available next time. Up two flights of stairs so not suitable for those with mobility issues.

Pros: Perfect location at the quiet end of town and a stone's throw from the beach across the street. Facilities in room were hitec and perfect. Sunrise from the balcony. Breakfast was more than ample and was superb. Hosts were gracious, kind and helpful.

Pros: Incredible beach near a hotel small and cozy. Especially at the end of season. Breakfast were super tasty and a lot. Greek coffee perfect.

Pros: Perfect location just in front of the beach. The rooms are quiet simple and the breakfast is served at a nearby restaurant. There is a lot of parking.

Lovely place ❤️

Pros: We loved the details, small beautiful things and cozy, warm atmosphere. Room was better than in the pictures. Lovely view with sunrise every morning behind the crocodile. Breakfast at Votsalo was perfect start for the day, many options to choose from. Best of all were the lovely people & atmosphere ❤️ Taverna Oriental Bay downstairs was beautiful place for lunch or dinner. Genuine lovely people and delicious Cretan food!

Cons: All good, but good to know that the bathroom is narrow.

The best place to stay in Palaiochora

Pros: Perfect little spot on the edge of town, right by the sea! Great views from the balcony and a very short walk to lots of dinner options along the front. Hosts were very friendly and the breakfast spot was delicious and overlooking the sea. Room was clean and had everything we needed.
