We loved our stay in this spacious modern apartment.
Pros: A spacious modern apartment near the centre of Paleochora. Great contact with the host who met us on arrival and arranged cleaning times at our convenience by WhatsApp. We loved the delicious treats from the local bakery we were given as well as wine and beer. The store cupboards contained quite a few staple goods including coffee which was nice. For three adults each wanting their own room this was perfect, the twin bed room not pictured in the listing is the smallest bedroom but perfectly adequate.
Cons: Nothing of note to complain about.

Perfect stay at perfect place with great hospitality from the owners!
Pros: The apartment is very nice, modern, clean and neat. Very convenient - you have all you need inside. Location is also great - close to beach, taverns and stores, but in a quiet place. We enjoyed every moment we had stayed here. Special thanks to the owner for hospitality, friendliness and care, it was really appreciated. We felt like we were acquainted for years, though stayed here for the first time. Definitely we hope on the opportunity to stay here again.

Pros: The apartment really was luxurious with modern amenities that all worked perfectly. The host is truly wonderful, always available and accommodating, and leaving delicious sweets for us after cleaning 😊
Cons: Nothing, we really can't think of anything we didn't like!

Pros: The apartment is excellent: we felt almost like at home; everything is convenient, quite spacious, and clean! Great location: both beaches, shops, cafes, and the pharmacy are easily accessible. And the wonderful hostess: she kept treating us with delicious goodies! Thank you, Happiness!❤️

Very enjoyable stay, will definitely recommend.
Pros: We (a couple) had a four week stay at this property. It was a very enjoyable experience. Eftychia was a superb and friendly hostess. On arrival she was there to welcome us. In the fridge were snacks, milk, fruit juice, and beers. The apartment is clean, with great airconditioning throughout, and the beds were very comfortable. The cleaning service was available every day, with fresh linen and towels. Some traditional Cretan snacks and cakes were always waiting for us after a cleaning session. Was also great to have a washing machine. Eftychia was always available to answer our queries. She and her husband also took us out for a delicious dinner one night with their four beautiful young daughters. We really enjoyed the apartment, as well as Paleochora, and I would recommend Happiness Luxury home without reservations.
Cons: Internet not very fast. But it seems that is a problem in the whole Paleochora, and not specifically related to the property. Sometimes there was noise from the upstairs apartment, but nothing serious.

A great stay in Palaiochora
Pros: The apartment was spacious, clean, bright and well-equipped and furnished. The beds, the mattresses, the pillows, the sofa - everything was comfortable and quite new. The host was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location of the apartment was great too - right in the center of the village, close to the beach, a supermarket, a bakery, and yet - in a quiet area without cars or people.
Cons: The apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests, but there’s only one bathroom and toilet. There’s no designated parking place and sometimes it might take a while to find a parking spot.

Pros: Great location, close to beaches, supermarkets and restaurants. Ideal for exploring further afield.

Parfait pour découvrir Paleochora
Pros: La localisation est parfaite. À l’écart de l’agitation mais à 3min de la plage et du centre. Les équipements sont parfaits, il y a tout ! Bien équipé pour un bébé. Les lits sont confortables. L’appartement est grand. Nous avions des snacks, des fruits et des boissons à notre arrivée, ce qui était très appréciable.
Cons: Honnêtement, rien ! Le seul point « négatif » était le parking, il n’y a pas de place attribuée donc la voiture pouvait être un peu loin en fonction de ce qu’on trouvait.
