An exceptional experience – a small paradise by the sea!

Pros: We stayed at this wonderful little hotel and truly felt like we were in a peaceful paradise. Its location, just a few steps from the sea, is perfect for anyone seeking relaxation and tranquility. The grounds are beautifully maintained, clean, and full of lush plants and flowers that create a sense of serenity and natural beauty. The pool was spotless and peaceful — ideal for a refreshing swim or simply enjoying your coffee by the water. The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and always willing to help with a smile. The rooms are comfortable, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The breakfast, featuring fresh local products, was rich and delicious. A place that truly allows you to unwind and makes you want to return again and again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for peace, quality, and genuine hospitality!

Quiet and strategically located spot to visit all the beautiful beaches of western Crete

Beautiful, relaxing apartment stay with a fabulous pool

Pros: We loved the communal property- the pool, the beautiful garden. It was so relaxing! The apartment was perfect for our family and we loved the terrace. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. A nice touch was that we could use beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, sand toys) on our day trips! The owner (Stratis) and his family were so nice and accommodating. The location was great - we could walk to some tavernas, and drive to beautiful places in Crete.

Cons: It was great all around.

Pros: The location and the beautiful apartments with large balconies

Pros: Cormoranos Apartaments is very close to the beach, but in a quiet area. The garden and pool are very well maintained. Our apartment had shade and was cool, we didn't use the AC but only the ceiling fan. The towels were spotlessly white. The bathroom is very small, they don't have the possibility of expanding but it can be optimized. Stratis was very kind and helped us with all the information about what we can do in that area of Crete. We would come back to Cormoranos anytime.

Pros: From the beginning, communication with Stratis was very easy, he was always nice and helpful. He gave us great tips and suggestions of what to visit and where to eat. And is an overall great person to talk to! I asked for some changes in breakfast because of dietary restrictions and he and Maria easily worked around some options for me. Breakfast was always traditional, homemade and fresh! Great way to start the day! The apartments are very nice, comfortable and clean. Kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. There's a fan and AC, which are of great help in hot summer days and nights. The garden and pool area are very well-tended and peaceful, and we felt happy enjoying the end of the days there after driving around the island. Perfect stay!

Pros: Cormoranos Apartments are located about 100 metres from the National Road on the way down to a rocky beach in Kissamos Bay. The apartments are so peaceful and the gardens and swimming pool are really well maintained . Breakfast is served to you on your private terrace which is a lovely touch. The breakfast though simple was beautiful and different every day....right up our street . We had a hire car which I think is pretty necessary to stay at the apartments, but I did read in a couple of reviews prior to going that the apartments owner was really good at offering lifts if required ? The fairly large town of Kissamos is about a 5 minute drive away...just a bit to far to walk . All in all these apartments are like a haven and represent good value for money .
