Very very good!

Pros: Location, clean, terrace with very nice view, close to shopping malls and beach ... ! Very good!

Cons: Minor issue I could possibly say (very minor ... I really liked being there). I some rooms (I booked twice), there could have been more equipment to cook ... but, on the other hand, I am not an average user, I was there learning to cook in part. All and all, everything good. Its more feedback to them then anything else, and I did not report this to them, just trying to find something bad here ;)

Fantastic budget friendly stay

Pros: ,next to supermarkets and bus stops near beautiful beaches,possibility to come earlier

Wonderful clean stay close to Chania

Pros: The place is very clean with cleaning services arriving every morning. It’s also in an excellent location next to two giant supermarkets, down the road from the local beach, and next to a bus stop to get into Chania. Would highly recommend if you have a car and can’t find somewhere suitable in Chania.

Cons: The accommodation is a little dated considering the price and it not being in Chania. Could probably do with a freshening up, and the kitchen area was incredibly cramped with minimal facilities considering it was next to two supermarkets so people staying there would most likely be cooking. We also never knew who actually were the staff members operating it…

Pros: The room was spacious and the closest beach was 15 mins away. Close to two supermarkets, a bus stop right out the door, and lots of shops and restaurants.

Cons: My room overlooked the road, so it was a bit noisy. I had trouble sleeping the first night, but no problems after that.

Pros: We arrived 3 hours earlier and the stuff was so nice, that they prepared our room much earlier than the check in time. Everything was near, shops, restaurants and beaches too. Room was clean and the cleaning lady brought clean towels and toilet papier every 3 days. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Cons: We had some troubles to connect to wifi - most of the time it did not work, but we had mobile data so it did not bother us at all, we also did not mentioned that to stuff so maybe they could do something about it if we would told them that the wifi doesnt working properly.

Surprisingly good

Pros: We were surprised because the room looked way better than the pictures.

Cons: For the money we paid I think this is one of the best property to go to if you want a good location near the beach and also don’t want to spec to much

Perfect

Pros: The location is ideal, being close to the beach, shops, and numerous restaurants in the area. The room was spacious and included a kitchenette, which is convenient for having breakfast in the room. The price was amazing, making it an excellent value for the location and amenities.

Cons: The cleaning frequency could have been improved. The floor didn't seem to be vacuumed during our stay, leading to a noticeable accumulation of sand. Additionally, it was difficult to sleep with the window open due to the noise from street traffic.

Very good apartments.

Pros: Good location near beach, shops and restaurant. 15 minutes walk to Chania along beach path. Spacious room and large balcony. Comfortable beds. Okay bathroom with shower.

Cons: Kitchen equipment okay as long as you don't want to cook a lot. In fact very basic kitchen.

Pros: Clean room, friendly staffing staff, perfect location, great communication.

Great money value

Pros: The location is great The room was clean And had all the essentials It's a great money value A few minutes to chania city center

Cons: The pillow was not comfortable, but we didn't ask the owner to change it since we stayed for 2 days only
