Pros: We had a great stay at Sunshine Apartments. The host is very friendly and answers promptly to any questions and requests. The room was cleaned daily. The location is over expectations: two supermarkets nearby the apartments: Lidl and Syn.ka; sandy beaches - all are very easy to access, from 5 to 10 min walk, do not hesitate to enjoy Golden Beach as well; a great playgroud for kids. As well, at this accomodation, there is rental car servcie, in case you want to explore the island. You can reach Chania old city easily. We liked it a lot, happy adults and happy children :)

Pleasant stay overall, minor issues with AC and access
Pros: The apartment is conveniently located close to a Lidl and another supermarket. Street parking is easy to find, with plenty of available spaces. The apartment is small but well equipped with everything you might need. The host was very friendly and helpful, and even provided some complimentary breakfast items, which was a nice touch.
Cons: Please note there is no lift, and it would have been better if the air conditioning filters were cleaned before our arrival.

Pros: Very pleasant stay, big room with double bed , same in dining/kitchen area, well equipped, for us best was location, 200m to best beaches near Chania, same to local shops, few restaurants and direct bus to Chania- 20 min drive for 2 € every 15 minutes- full of tourist Very recommended

Pros: Excellent location – close to the most beautiful beaches in the area, as well as grocery stores and pharmacies. There’s a bus stop right in front of the property with direct connection to the center of Chania. The apartment is spotless, bright, and spacious, and it's equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Cleaning is done regularly. The hosts are extremely kind, helpful, and always available. A truly pleasant and comfortable stay!

Pros: Perfect location in walking distance to beaches, tavernas and supermarkets. Very nice contact with owner and family who were very kind in sharing their meal with us spontaneously when we arrived on Easter. They were also available whenever needed. Appartment had all facilities needed incl. Air condition, TV, cooking facilities, iron + table, hair dryer, towels and beds were changed regularly. Beds were ok but not outstanding. Kitchen had everything needed. Only would have wished for some basics such as salt, oil etc. but this is rather to provide something to improve on :) we would definitely stay there again if stay in Chania.

Pros: The apartment is on the ground floor with a small courtyard. It appears new, modern and well maintained. It is very clean and free of clutter. Yet, it has everything that one needs for a comfortable stay. The courtyard has a table, chairs and an umbrella. The host is a kind and helpful person. There are supermarkets and restaurants very close to the apartment. The beach too is within a short walking distance from the apartment. The hot water temperature and pressure were excellent to have a refreshing shower. There is ample street parking but no designated parking in the building compound. Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The wi-fi was a bit slow.

A great place to stay, in a convenient location near to tavernas, supermarkets, beaches & bus stops.
Pros: The owner was very friendly, helped with the suitcase & explained everything clearly. The apartment was kept clean & to a high standard. Great facilities for self-catering if you want to prepare & cook your own meals. Location is excellent, with several beaches within a 15-20 minute stroll. Local bus service to & from Chania Old Town is excellent.
Cons: The bed was quite hard. The balcony overlooked the unused swimming pool, so the view wasn’t particularly nice.

Pros: ALL! It is not the first time we choose these apartments. This year we stayed for 2 weeks. Perfect location. Close to the bus station (21 m), close to 2 large supermarkets and most importantly, close to the beach, more precisely several beaches of your choice, with clean water, fine sand and smooth entry into the water. Friendly reception from the first second, advice and help from the host. Car rental right in the location! PRENTALS. A small surprise with Greek sweets and a bottle of Ouza or raki from the host upon arrival. Impeccable cleaning carried out daily, practically new appliances and furniture, everything needed in the kitchen and importantly everything functional. Outside landscaped and green area with tables and umbrellas to serve a glass of wine in the evening. Some popular taverns nearby. No difficulties encountered during the stay. We will definitely return on occasion and would recommend this great location to anyone. Many thanks to Giannis and his wife!!!
Cons: Pool. We knew it wasn't open. But with its presence, this place would become simply chic.
