Pros: Georgious and his family were so welcoming, and very attentive, I couldn't have asked for more. They run the Taverna, which is traditional greek cuisine, and is excellent, with different specials every night. A Real greek experience.

Pros: The location, the hosts, the laid back area of Frangokastello and the walk to the local supermarket to buy supplies. We used this hotel as our base as we explored the southern side of Crete. The restaurant is located onsite and we had dinner there on our first day and enjoyed local Cretan food. We would have loved to eat there more, but we were so busy travelling around to Lake Kournas, Palace of Phaistos, Souda beach and the nearby castle. The owners were very helpful and kind. It's a local experience and we loved staying here.

Pros: -Excellent location -Very close to the beach -Restaurants, local shops, and a supermarket nearby -Extremely welcoming and helpful host — always available, friendly, and ready to assist with anything we needed -Well-equipped room (dishes, fridge, oven, etc.)

Cons: -No shower gels provided -Wi-Fi connection was not stable

enjoyable stay

Pros: The property is set in a very peaceful location with its own taverna. The food is excellent and plentiful with different home cooked options each day. We ate here three days out of four. The studio was spacious if a little outdated although it did have a newly modernised bathroom.

Cons: No change of towels or bedding would have expected at least once in four days

Pros: Very friendly and accommodating owners. Comfortable apartment with all needed amenities for cooking, and foot access to wonderful locations. Even more with a car, whose parking is assured in front of the apartments.

Cons: Low wifi signal at the apartment I was in.

Pros: Un accueil très sympathique, un environnement très calme - literie confortable - une terrasse face à la mer - une taverne sur place avec de très bons plats locaux

Cons: L'équipement de la vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine sont un peu juste

Frangokastello ma come a casa propria

Pros: Ottima esperienza grazie alla disponibilità e accoglienza dei proprietari, che non hanno mai esitato a venirci incontro sullle nostre richieste, rendendo la vacanza ancora più piacevole. Ottimo anche il ristorante interno, dove provare pietanze locali, il tutto corredato da un'atmosfera rilassante.

Cons: Il bagno avrebbe potuto avere spazi meglio gestiti, ma nulla di invivibile

Strategico e cibo ottimo a prezzi onestissimi

Pros: La posizione Il posto è tranquillo ed strategico per visitare tutte le spiaggia della zona
