Should we give away our secret?

Pros: Everything was far beyond the expected average standard of Crete. A fantastic spacious terrace with a large pergola. Superb taste in the renovation of an old house in a most lovely village. Super clean, handy, cozy. The owners are outstanding: both discrete and friendly. A nice combination. We dream to come back!

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect

Pros: Quite village life and nice location surrounded by mountains. Great rooftop with the possibility to grill.

It was a pleasure experiencing the village and traditional houses thereof.

Pros: We loved the little village that the property was located in. We enjoyed the airconditioning in the living area. It had all the amenities we were looking for and close to Elafonisi Beach.

Cons: We would have enjoyed an airconditioning in the bedroom as well.

Very nice village house with character

Pros: The house has a very nice traditional style and the shared terrace was a bonus.

Cons: The village was very small and there were not enough parking spaces (the house does not have a designated parking area).

A small, comfortable apartment in a hilltop village close to the coast.

Pros: The house was clean and quite comfortable. It was equipped at a basic level with most of what we needed. The location was good for travelling to nearby beaches and tavernas. We particularly enjoyed the roof terrace.

Cons: It was not clear from the details that the property is one of 3 holiday rentals in the same building and that the outside spaces are shared by up to 8 people. The seating area outside our property lacked privacy; open to the village street. Perhaps a slightly higher fence would be good. The village seems to consist largely of holiday rentals, there is a large development of holiday apartments next door to the property. The kitchen was not well equipped for washing dishes, there was a very small amount of detergent and only one tiny tea towel. There is a washing machine, but the clothes drying rack is small and inadequate. We only found 4 pegs. There is an iron but no ironing board! Parking is in the village squares, we had to park some distance from the house.

Beautiful apartment and great location

Pros: Highly recommend Feneri-cozy Apartment. Beautiful place, spacious and very comfortable. The location was excellent and the host is very helpful, always active in case of any questions. There's also a rooftop with a lovely view to the Mountains. We loved it.

Pros: everything was perfect ! the typical house, the room and most of all the amazing roof top!

L’host gentile e presente. La vada era molto pulita e la cucina ben attrezzata..

Pros: Della struttura ho apprezzato la pulizia e l’accoglienza

Cons: La posizione. Il paesino è davvero molto isolato e la strada non è semplice (piena di curve) e non c’è nessun tipo di servizio.

Superbe !

Pros: Maison d'hôtes situé dans la montagne, toute tranquille. Hôte très accueillante, comme tous les Crétois que nous avons rencontrés. Un appartement spacieux tout équipé (notamment d'une machine à laver, ce qui n'est pas négligeable quand on fait un long séjour !) Plein de producteurs locaux à proximité, sur le bord de la route, plages à 20min. Attention cependant à bien comprendre qu'il ne faut pas avoir peur de conduire en montagne en Crète !
