Pros: Very good location, comfortable place, very nice host.

A wonderful stay

Pros: Such a nice accommodation, with an authentic Greek feel and all the facilities needed for a wonderful stay. The Old Town center is about 10 minutes (or less) away on foot, and the stroll is filled with the charm of Chania. The apartment is located about 5 minutes from the nearest bus station, where you can catch a bus to various beaches like Iguana Beach, Stavros, Seitan Limania, etc. The apartment has all the amenities needed for a longer stay: cooking utensils, a washing machine, and a life-saving AC. :) But for us, the star of the show was the big balcony, where we spent our mornings drinking coffee and eating breakfast while listening to the iconic sound of Crete: the cicadas. Also, our host Maria was such a sweet soul and an easy person to talk to, she made us feel at home! I definitely recommend staying here, as the price-quality ratio is great. :)

Pros: Nice and cosy with two balconies. Quiet with what looks like newly installed doors. Otherwise perfect for a short to mid length stay. Five minutes walk from the old town boundary. Decent tall fridge freezer. New washing machine. Oven too.

Cons: Can't complain. Couldn't find the plug for the kitchen sink but we managed 🤣

Great value for money!

Pros: Great host and very helpful! Great location, nice apartment with all necessary facilities. Near to old port where all small shops and taverns are located. No need to rent car if you stay for a few days to explore centre of the town! Highly recommend!! Filia stin Maria!

Wish to come back

Pros: What a lovely stay we had at Zamboli! We found everything we needed (and more). I definitely recommend it for longer stays in Chania. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and cozy. We felt almost like we were at home. We finally had plenty of time to explore the center of Chania and could easily reach all the beautiful beaches near the town by bus (the main bus station is literally around the corner).

Cons: The shower was a bit challenging at times, as the water flows directly onto the floor from one side (fortunately, there is a drain and a mop). The shower curtain could benefit from being cleaned more regularly.

Pros: The location is the best. Maria is a super kind and lovely person. She gave us recommendations and she is available 24/7 for everything. The flat has absolutely everything you would need.

Pros: The room was clean, comfortable, and decorated with care. It's equipped with adequate appliances and household items you might expect in an apartment -- which is great when you want the option to cook or clean independently. Beyond that, I feel that getting the chance to know the host was one of the best parts about this stay. From the moment my booking was confirmed to our last day, Maria was friendly and helpful which made me feel like I was really being looked after.
