Pros: Everything was just as described and the staff were there to meet us when we arrived, despite only 10 minutes notice

Cons: It was perhaps 100metres further away from the harbour than I expected but this was not a problem

Perfect, amazing, I want to go again

Cons: The top neighbours were quite noisy and sometimes was difficult to get to sleep. After asking them to calm down, everything was fine.

Pleasant and comfortable. Ideal location!

Pros: The house is located in Koum Kapi, a neighbourhood adjacent to the city of Chania. We spent 3 days/2 nights and walked to the city every time. It was a pleasant 10-minute walk and an opportunity to see the surrounding areas. The house is modern, comfortable, has all amenities and street parking. It is just a few metres away from Koum Kapi beach so you can swim in the area even if you don't have a car. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and easy to reach. Overall, we will gladly stay at Evans House next time we are in Chania.

Cons: There is nothing that we didn't like.

Very convenient location, you can always find parking.

Pros: Nice two-room apartment, recently renovated, on the ground floor, convenient for those with strollers and/or wheelchairs in tow. Furthermore, although very close to the seafront full of clubs, it is in a really quiet location, far from the noise and there is always a place for the car.

Pros: Very clean place, love the decor and the style. The terrace is awesome. The owner and the caretaker and very accommodating. Definitely worth it.

Pros: The apartment is nicely renovated and well equipped. The location is great. The bed was super comfy. Kind staff.

Cons: The apartment is dark (gives a sense of being in a cellar) and cold, and the living room has no AC, so it's not really cozy if you want to spend time inside.

Pros: the location was great. few minutes walking from metro station and from train station (train from the airport)'. many restaurants around the apartment. supermarket in the corner. the neighborhood felt safe to us. the hostess was available and helps us with everything we needed.

Cons: the sofa was not so comfortable for sleeping.

Restful, well positioned and historic comfort

Pros: A beautiful restoration of an old building. It has great space with a couch and table in a separate room. We were in a ground floor apartment at the non parking side of the building, it was quietly residential. The area is perfect for a stroll into the walled old Chania with lots of restaurants along the water only about 100 m from the property. There are some small zany beaches there too. A great stay in a tasteful well positioned property with very helpful and accessible owners.

Lovely apartment to explore the local area

Pros: Cosy apartment ideally sited to explore the old town of Chania. A bit difficult to find but frienfly hosts were quick to help. Complimentary home made raki snd olive oil too 😀

Cons: Squeaky roller door to bathroom but thats being very picky
