Backyard Art Studio

Pros: The property is quaint, cute and clean within a great area. We enjoyed being just outside of the city in a very safe and vibrant neighbourhood which felt like a hidden gem. There are coffee shops museums and restaurants in the neighbourhood with a bus stop nearby to get to the centre in no time. We walked there most days as it isn’t too far. Maria, the host, looked after us so well, checking in on us and giving all the recommendations we would need to have a pleasant stay. We felt very cared for and would recommend this stay to anyone looking to explore Chania.

Pros: The room was really cute and super clean. The host was kind, attentive and very helpful. The garden is really pleasant and nice to stay at night. It is 2 minutes far from a bus stop. Very quiet neighbourhood, just 15 minutes from Chania Old Town. Super recommended!

Beautiful place in Chania

Pros: The week in Chania was for me a combination of remote working and relaxing in the morning and after work. Maria’s studio offered everything to accomplish my needs. Very nice backyard with pieces or her own art everywhere,to enjoy a morning coffee and breakfast, best wifi I had while travelling, feeling relaxed that I can deal with calls and whatever appeared at work without any issues and for the evening either a nice walk around or a 2 min away bus station to take us to the city center/ beach. Maria is a darling, so willing to help, she drove us around in the first day and gave us some tips and then helped with reserving a sea view table at an amazing restaurant. I will return at her place anytime.

Pros: Wonderful stay! Maria is lovely and welcomed us as if we've known each other for years. We had everything we needed and even more. Everything was clean and beautiful, very warmly furnished. Close to the center, quiet neighbourhood, parking always available. We will definitely return.

Cons: A little bit bigger bed would be great.

Pros: Studio perfettamente attrezzato e pulito, non manca nulla. L'area esterna ad uso esclusivo molto graziosa. Zona tranquilla e sicura, fuori dalla folla ma vicino a tutto. La gentilezza, la disponibilità e lo spirito unico di Maria rendono questo luogo ancora più bello e affascinante.

Pros: Logement tres calme avec tout le necessaire. Escale ideale pour visiter La Canée. La proprietaire est tres attentionnee.

Wszystko zagrało idealnie

Pros: Studio pani Marii spełnia wszystkie oczekiwania wynikające z opisu. Czysto, wygodnie, cicho, okolica pełna poszukiwanych kafejek, sklepów i zejść do morza. Lekko oddalone od zatłoczonego w sezonie centrum. Gospodyni jest niesłychanie uprzejma oraz pomocna. Odpowiedzi na pytania są natychmiastowe. Nam Maria pomogła w organizacji transferów i wynajęciu samochodu. Jeśli poszukiwałbym w przyszłości kolejnych miejsc do zamieszkania na wakacje, życzyłbym sobie takiej właśnie relacji z właścicielami apartamentów. Kontakt bezpośredni, włączając przekazanie kluczy, jest nieoceniony, a osobiste pożegnanie z niespodziewanym upominkiem bardzo miłe.

Ser angenehmer Aufenthalt bei herzlicher Gastgeberin.

Pros: Die Gastgeberin war super nett und herzlich. Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet und sauber. Garten kann mitgenutzt werden. Schlüsselübergabe hat gut geklappt. Wir fanden es schön, mal wieder persönlich in Empfang genommen zu werden (inzwischen hat man ja meist nur noch Self-Check-In mit Türcodes). Dadurch hatten wir das Gefühl, dass sich wirklich jemand kümmert.

Cons: Es ist nicht super zentral. Für uns war das aber kein Problem, weil der Bus ins Zentrum fast vor der Tür abfährt (die Gastgeberin hat sogar einen gedruckten Fahrplan im Zimmer ausliegen). Außerdem ist es dafür sehr ruhig, was im Zentrum nicht unbedingt der Fall ist.
