Pros: I had a wonderful stay in this fantastic house. The location is perfect, with plenty of cute cafés, bars, and restaurants just around the corner. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described, equipped with all the appliances and tools one would expect in a comfortable home. Communication was quick, easy and helpful! Highly recommended!

Great stay
Pros: Great location—close to the city center yet quiet. The house is well-equipped, and the mattress is very comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in and check-out were easy. We had a wonderful stay.
Cons: The AC in the bedroom was a bit noisy and didn’t cool as well as the one in the other room, but this is something that can easily be fixed.

Pros: Great place to stay in. Perfect location, close to the city center. There was an available place to park on the street every time we needed. Fast and clear communication with the host. The accommodation has everything you may need for a great stay. My fiance and I highly recommend this place. Best regards. 🩵

Pros: Casa di Sabbia was absolutely beautiful and clean, the location was perfect, we were in walking distance to everything we needed. There was lots of thoughtful touches available for us (water, juice, olive oil, washing pods etc) - usually you would have to buy this yourself. Excellent value for money in a beautiful location. We will definitely be coming back. We also had no issues with shower drainage (as per other reviews). Our host was also so attentive and very respondent. Just perfect!

Wie beschrieben, super Lage.
Pros: Die Lage ist perfekt, in ruhiger Lage gelegen, Parkplatz findet man eigentlich immer vor der Tür. 5 min vom Hafen entfernt. Falls man sich abkühlen will, ist direkt ein kleiner einstieg ins Meer.(Sehr sauber und Klar!)

Pros: La struttura molto bella, molto pulita! Apprezzatissime le cosine buone che ci ha fatto trovare la proprietaria, ed il cambio lenzuola e asciugamani. Vicinissimo al mare ed al centro storico che e’ delizioso

Pros: Z całego serca polecam obiekt Casa Di Sabbia. Perfekcyjna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko morza, na uboczu, ale niedaleko centrum. Mieszkanie bardzo ładne, można spędzać miło poranki i wieczory na tarasie z widokiem na góry, widać też morze :) Właściciele zadbali o to, żeby niczego nam nie brakowało. Na powitanie dostaliśmy różne przekąski, wodę, soki, miody, marmoladę, owoce, lokalny alkohol, więc jak ktoś przyjeżdża późno to nie musi się martwić, że będzie głodny. Oprócz tego takie podstawowe rzeczy, potrzebne do przygotowania posiłków, masło, sól, pieprz, oliwa, kawa, herbata… W łazience zestaw kosmetyków. Czuliśmy się naprawdę zaopiekowani. Właściciele zgodzili się również żebyśmy zostawili bagaże dłużej w obiekcie i odebrali później. Bardzo dziękujemy za przemiły pobyt. I piękną pogodę, dużo lepszą niż w Polsce :) Na pewno tu wrócimy

Confortevole soggiorno a due passi dal mare
Pros: Abbiamo soggiornato 8 notti a La Casa di Sabbia. Un piccolo e confortevole appartamento di quattro piani situato alle spalle del lungomare di Chania, che ci ha permesso di spostarci di sera senza l'utilizzo della macchina. L'appartamento è ristrutturato e curato nei dettagli: più compatto di quanto si percepisce dalle foto, ma graziosissimo e dotato di ogni confort come lavatrice, climatizzatore in ogni ambiente (tre in totale, dettaglio non trascurabile e molto apprezzato). Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un'ampolla di Raki, dei cioccolatini, frutta fresca e il necessario per la colazione. Plus, il terrazzino situato al quarto piano davvero adorabile. Ci sentiamo di consigliarla vivamente e ringraziamo i proprietari del supporto datoci in chat durante il soggiorno.
Cons: L'unica nota da fare (e già fatta anche ai proprietari) una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia nei dettagli che in alcuni casi sono mancati. Consigliamo, inoltre, ai proprietari l'istallazione di zanzariere al fine di prevenire l'ingresso di insetti.

Pros: Proprietaria molto disponibile, ci ha lasciato diversi snack per la colazione e un bel cesto di frutta come accoglienza. Ottima la posizione, é possibile lasciare la macchina davanti alla casa. Consiglio caldamente!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einem super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!
Pros: Sehr gute Lage, etwas abseits in einer kleinen Nebenstraße aber die Altstadt und der Hafen sind in ca. 10 Gehminuten super zu erreichen! Viele gute Lokale in der Nähe und sehr freundliche Nachbarschaft :) Die Unterkunft selbst war auch sehr schön und vor allem sauber. Die Handtücher wurden nach 5 Tagen getauscht und sogar das Bad wurde da nochmal geputzt! Einrichtung etc. sind völlig ausreichend!
Cons: Etwas blöd war für uns, dass es keinen richtigen Kleiderschrank gab. Im eigentlichen Kleiderschrank sind leider Bezüge etc., daher ist da kein Platz für Kleidung gewesen. Und die Räumlichkeiten sind etwas kleiner als auf den Bildern, da das „Haus“ relativ schmal ist und eher in die Höhe geht. Daher eher nur für Pärchen zu empfehlen :)
