Great place to stay

Pros: The apartment is cosy and clean. Great location, close to city centre, beach and bus station.

Pros: The apartment is new, clean, very nicely designed and offers a location close to city center, supermarkets, restaurants etc. Owners are very nice as well! 10/10 recommended

Pros: Kalliopi is a great host, she's really nice and helped us with everything we needed. We'll definitely be back here soon.

A pearl close to the center

Pros: Quality of furniture, cleanness, accessories, amenities, comfortable beds and staff kindness. It looks simply great.

Cons: The location is near to the center/port, although in a very poor and dirty neighborhood but to be honest, Chania is not the cleanest and most well maintained town in Crete. The staff is not really responsive and the spoken English skill needs improvement.

Pros: The luxury chic retreat is a very modern and clean apartment. It has all the amenities we needed. The close proximity to Chania Old Town makes it ideal to walk there but it’s not on the main street so you don’t hear the noises. The host was very friendly and accessible. I highly recommend the place.

Cons: We had a car which at times was challenging to find a parking spot but eventually we found one every day. Would recommend to get a smaller car because the roads around are not too wide.

Très bien, propre, confortable et très bien situé

Pros: Très bel appartement, très bien situé à quelques minutes à pied du centre historique de la Canée. Le logement était propre, bien équipé, refait à neuf. La literie était confortable Cuisine spacieuse, avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Quelques dosettes de café et infusions mises à dispo Les photos sont conformes à l'appartement.

Cons: L'insonorisation n'est pas optimale, mais la nuit c'était calme, donc pas gênant pour notre séjour La salle de bains est très petite.

Peaceful stay in the heart of Chania

Pros: Host met us on site to hand over the keys and went through the apartment facilities with us. Apartment looks exactly like in the pictures featuring 2 spacious balconies. It's located 200 m from the bus terminal (Ktel) where you have convenient buses to the whole island. The apartment was equipped with extra linen and towels, had good nespresso coffee machine, waching machine and even umbrellas you could use for the beach!

Cons: Keep in mind no parking is available but host can help you to find a private parking you can use.

Consigliatissimo, ci tornerei sicuramente!

Pros: Modernità dell’ambiente, fresco, nuovo ed arredato con gusto. Letto comodi e dotati di tutti i confort. Completo di tutto.

Tolles Apartment, alles Perfekt für uns. Tolle Gastgeberin danke Kalliopi

Pros: Wir waren Anfang Juni zu dritt, für 10 Nächte, die ersten Gäste in diesem Apartment und können nur positives sowohl über die Gastgeberin (Kalliopi von Cozy Stays Apartments) als auch über das Apartment selbst erzählen. Da alles frisch renoviert und neu war gibt es hier nichts zu meckern. Ok es gibt zwar keine Mikrowelle oder Spülmaschine, was für uns auch nicht relevant war, aber das weiß man ja vorher wenn man sich die Beschreibung der Wohnung ansieht. Sieht übrigens alles genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Top auch die 3 Klimaanlagen (sehr leise). Die Lage zum Strand (Nea Chora Beach) ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg, als auch zur Altstadt ca. 5-10 Minuten waren für uns absolut Ok. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren auch nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Falls irgendetwas gefehlt hat in der Wohnung einfach Kalliopi kontaktieren. Sie hat sich um alles schnell gekümmert, sei es um ein Mietauto oder Transfer zum Flughafen usw.

Cons: Was wir vorher auch schon wussten, wenn man sich die Bilder anschaut, ist das der Ausblick vom Balkon nicht das Beste ist (man schaut nur auf die gegenüberliegenden Häuser), aber da man ja eh den ganzen Tag Unterwegs ist war das nicht so schlimm. Zum Abends noch ein bisschen draussen sitzen absolut Ok
