Katsambas Apartment - Cozy Retro-Luxury with Balcony

Beautiful and well equiped apartment with great host

Pros: Beautiful apartament, spacious, with very good facilities, clean and comfy. Iakovos was a reaaaally kind host, he replied quickly at all of my questions, being very polite and friendly. He prepared for us for the check-in all sort of local goodies (a bottle of wine, raki, fruits, sweets, breakfast snacks).

Cons: The location is not so near the city centre, but this is a minor inconvenient comparing to the overall experience at Iakovos that it doesn't really matter. We also had a rented car, so...

Perfect apartment

Pros: E v e r y t h i n g! The apartment was beautiful. The owner thought about all the details, even the most little ones. We had a wonderful time!!

Absolutely amazing

Pros: Very clean, perfectly equipped, we had everything we needed for our weekend trip, the owner provided us with the relevant information for thr check-in and general info about the apartment and was responsive and very friendly for the questions we had. The air conditioning was amazing, the kitchen and the rooms spacious and cozy.

Good quality for money

Pros: It was clean, spacious, good air conditioning, the service replaced our towels and bed sheets every 3 days. Very helpful and responsive

Cons: It was a fairly far (20 min walk ) from the old city centre along busy street

Pros: It was a 5 star stay. The location was perfect. The house was no less than a 5 star stay. Very well made house. The whole house is very cosy with a big balcony. Nice seating on the balcony for a lovely breakfast and lunch...The kitchen is very beautiful and equipped with all the necessary things. The bedrooms are very cosy and after a full day of roaming around it feels so good to be back at this lovely house. A big thank you to Lakavos for the complimentary basket. It shows how hospitable the host is. They also gave us complimentary Raki - a local drink specially sourced for us. We are so happy that we booked this place. We had a lovely time in Chania and if ever we come back we shall once again stay at this ever lovely property. Thank you Thank you Thank you Katsambas for giving us a great time.

Fabulous

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! Everything was clean, stylish, and just like the photos. The long balcony was great, and we appreciated the welcome basket with fruit, wine, and snacks. The location was convenient and quiet, close to the Archaeological Museum and restaurants. Communication with Iakovos was excellent and he was very helpful. Great value for money. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Pros: The apartment has just been renovated and it was beautiful, comfortable and super clean. We were a family of 4 and we had everything we needed, from a baby cot to a washing machine, a working space and a fully equipped kitchen. The owner was very helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. The neighborhood is very elegant,with a bakery, restaurant, pharmacy and supermarket just 1 minute walking distance. Museums are also 3 minutes away while the city center and all the busy places are 15 minutes away on foot. We really enjoyed it and we hope to come back!

Great Stay - We would stay here again when we come back!!

Pros: Lots of space, cozy had everything we need + extra blankets which we needed. Small kitchen but has everything you need + washer. Nice living room space. Quiet area. walking distance to the centre town ....close to everything... shops, pharmacy, supermarket, corner store... cafes..

Cons: Parking is tuff.... but park a block over and you will always find something.

Pros: Die gute Kommunikation, die wirklich gute Ausstattung auf sehr gutem Niveau

Cons: Da es einige Tage nicht so schönes Wetter gab, suchten wir ein Quartier in Chania für einige Unternehmungen. Ein besseres hätten wir schwer finden können

很有品味又专业的房东，漂亮的复古风公寓

Pros: 在一个安静的社区，走路3分钟有超市、咖啡店和面包房。无论是厨房还是浴室的设施都特别齐全，自己烧饭像在家里一样便利。房东慷慨大方，给了好多吃的，提供得洗浴用品好用又好闻。停车方便，有充足的公共停车位。和房东的联系也很顺畅，提前给详细的信息，入住非常顺利。

Cons: 没有。我们对一切都非常满意！
