Clean, spacious, comfortable bed, nice linen, 2 AC units ( one in the living rm one in the bedroom!), huge balcony!
Pros: Absolutely everything about this property is perfect! Personally I liked the most how clean and comfortable the whole apartment is! The bed is very comfortable, bedroom is spacious with lots of closet space. There are blackout blinds Beautiful, huge balcony. There’s enough dishes for those who choose to prepare a meal. Location is perfect! The host is professional and very informative and helpful. Very convenient check in and check out. The building is new, the apartment is on the second floor, easy to walk up to- but there’s an elevator if you do not feel like walking. If you recto stay here- you’ll absolutely love it! If we were to go back to Chania we would definitely choose this place again.

Exceptional apartment!
Pros: I recommend this apartment in Chania! Extremely responsive owner, location is very good! 5 min from the beach, 15 min from the center! Close to the bus station! Very clean and in a very quiet place in Chania!Beautiful terrace with awning! Sunny only in the morning, then shade!Thanks to the owner for everything! See you soon 🇬🇷❤️

Really enjoyed staying at this apartment. The perfect location for the beach and the old port.
Pros: Location excellent as only 5 minutes walk from Nea Chora sandy beach which had a big selection of bars, restaurants and cafes. Also very near a large supermarket which supplied nearly everything needed. Also not too far from the old Venetian port which has many eating and drinking places and also good shopping - tourist souvenirs and others.

Great flat in Nea Chora
Pros: The location was great, 5m from the beach and about 15m from Chania old town.It was very clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning was a life saver. We enjoyed the balcony and the kitchen, too. The host was amazing and helpful when we forgot our keys!
Cons: All good! The bathroom is a bit on the small side, but it wasn't really an issue

Pros: The apartment was a stone's throw from the best beach spot in Chania and also close to the charming old town. It was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you might need. I particularly enjoyed the quiet balcony for evening relaxation and breakfast. Despite our late arrival, check-in was easy thanks to clear instructions. The host checked in with us during our stay to ensure our satisfaction and address any needs, and they even left a delicious dessert on the table for my daughter upon our arrival.

Absolutely Wonderful
Pros: Fantastic apartment! We loved everything about it. Very centrally located for Chania town and Nea Chora beach. We will definitely return. The host is very welcoming and communication is excellent.

Pros: The apartment was spotless when we arrived & had everything we needed. It was in the perfect location only 5 minute walk to the beach & 15 minute walk into the town. Great for your holiday in Chania!

Cool apartment
Pros: The apartments was wonderful, close to the sea, a good area, everything is new. Wonderful balcony with a palm tree. The Apartment has everything you need, the smallest particles to the smallest pieces. New cool washing machine, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, dryer and all kitchen utensils. There is also a parking space. Within walking distance of a supermarket. Close to the sea and special thanks for the sweet compliment-treat.

Pros: Un'esperienza davvero incantevole. La casa è estremamente confortevole, dotata di ogni comodità necessaria per un soggiorno perfetto. Il proprietario si è dimostrato incredibilmente disponibile e premuroso, curando ogni dettaglio con grande attenzione. L'appartamento, inoltre, è situato in una posizione ideale, a soli 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Chania e a 5 minuti dal mare, garantendo così una totale comodità e facilità di accesso alle principali attrazioni della zona.

Lys ,fin og komfortabel leilighet med romslig balkong. Hyggelig og hjelpsom vert.
Pros: Leiligheten var lys og fin, med en deilig balkong med morgensol, også deilig å sitte ute om ettermiddagen/ kvelden. Soverommet var stort og lyst, med god plass og deilig komfortabel seng. Gata og naboene var rolige, samtidig var det kun kort vei til stranda, restauranter og bakerier/ matbutikker. Jeg gikk også til busstasjonen på ca 15 minutter. Jeg traff ikke verten personlig, men han svarte raskt på alle spørsmål og det var veldig enkle instruksjoner for å få nøklene. Jeg lagde bare frokost, men tror det meste av kjøkkenutstyr var på plass. Leiligheten passer perfekt for 1 person eller 1 par. Det eneste jeg savnet litt, var en litt mer komfortabel stol til å sitte å lese i.... men jeg greide meg fint også med den som var der....Anbefaler denne leiligheten.
