Pros: It is really spacious apartment, with almost everything new. Beds and lining was really comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed, and even more than that. We have selected this apartment as it also has a washing machine which served us well. Apartment is really clean, and there are plenty of clean towels and bed linings. Location is quite central - 5 minutes from the old town or shopping areas. Also nice parks are close. Bus stations (city or intercity) are 5-10 minutes walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants, bakeries, butchers, green groceries and supermarkets in maximum 10 minutes walking. Communication with the renter was really smooth.
Cons: One of the air-conditioners is old and had troubles cooling the room, plus the smell from it was weird. In the end it didn't matter as other 2 were more than enough to cool apartment quickly. Often we didn't even need air-conditioning. Drying rack would be more useful than drying string on one of the terraces.

Einfach ein schöner und entspannter Familienurlaub
Pros: Für uns die perfekte Lage, nicht direkt im Touristentrubel und daher mit vielen guten und authentischen Kaffees, Bäckereien und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Dennoch sind alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichbar. Die Vermieterin war absolut super und hat uns auch bei Fragen gleich geholfen und super Empfehlungen gegeben.

Pros: Duży, przestronny apartament. W każdym pokoju klimatyzacja. Elektryczne rolety zewnętrzne, dwa małe balkony i położenie bardzo blisko centrum Chani. Naprawdę komfortowe, zadbane miejsce.
Cons: Trudno znaleźć miejsce parkingowe w okolicy.

Appartamento bellissimo, ampio e spazioso, dotato di ogni comfort.
Pros: L'appartamento si trova al primo piano di una palazzina ed è stato ristrutturato da poco, con arredamento nuovissimo, moderno e molto confortevole. Gli ambienti sono luminosi e spaziosi; vi sono anche due piccoli balconi sui quali è possibile stendere il bucato. I letti sono estremamente comodi (c'è anche il topper sul materasso) e di notte la zona è davvero molto silenziosa e tranquilla. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort: aria condizionata, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, macchinetta del caffè espresso, tostapane, frullatore, phon e persino una piccola scatola col necessario per il primo soccorso. Il bagno è dotato di numerosi asciugamani, sapone, bagnoschiuma e shampoo. La posizione è fantastica, a pochissimi passi dal centro di Chania. Sotto alla palazzina è presente anche un bar/bakery molto rifornito, ottimo per le colazioni e per eventuali pranzi al sacco da portare in spiaggia.
Cons: Unica nota negativa è la difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio: essendo l'appartamento praticamente nel centro della città di Chania, i primi giorni abbiamo faticato a trovare un posto per l'auto. Conoscendo meglio la zona però, abbiamo poi sempre trovato parcheggio senza difficoltà a pochi minuti a piedi dall'appartemento.

Pros: This apartment is a true gem – impeccably presented and meticulously clean, with an extraordinary level of attention to detail evident throughout. Its prime location within walking distance of Chania's old town, shopping districts, supermarkets, and transportation hubs is incredibly convenient. The owner's communication is impressively efficient, adding to the overall positive experience. This stay ranks among the best I've ever had, to the extent that I felt like I was in my own home.
