Sophisticated Stay at Luxury and super clean Apartment
Pros: I had a fantastic stay at the Skins Concept Botique Apartment. It’s located in a really peaceful area, but it’s also super convenient to get to the Old Town or Chania Center. The interior is modern and comfortable, with really modern vibes. Everything was in perfect condition. Oh, and I highly recommend trying the Restaurant Periplous, which is just a 2-minute walk away from the apartment.

Superb modern apartment in a great location.
Pros: It’s a beautiful & modern apartment that exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail from the candles to the couch, to the games, crockery, beds, chairs, all of it & more was spectacular. Within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, beach, supermarkets. It was pure delight to stay here for our first time in Chania. Communication with the property managers was excellent & very attentive. Thank you to Maria, Katerina & the team for all your assistance we loved our stay.

3 night stopover in Chania.
Pros: Very hi-tech with a fabulous sound system and large flat screen tv, mood lighting everywhere. Nice shower but the bathroom is downstairs and the bedrooms up very open plan stairs, not for everyone!
Cons: There are major road works still going on (very slowly) on the street outside and on arrival after 21.00 the street was blocked by large diggers both ends so we had to find a parking spot about 300 metres away. They were gone next morning so I could then park right by the apartment so you may be lucky!!

Nice flat and great hosting experience
Pros: Beautifully decorated Good location 20 minutes walk from Chania Centre in an old industrial area that is being actively redeveloped. The flat is literally one building row behind the waterfront
Cons: Construction works in the area made driving/parking difficult, but works will eventually finish

Pros: La struttura è accogliente, pulita e dotata di tutto ciò che serve, anche di più! Per arrivare in centro ci vuole una mezz’ora ma la camminata è piacevole!

Très bel appartement mais séjour gâché par le bruit des travaux
Pros: Appartement spacieux, décoré et meublé avec goût, très bien équipé, très propre
Cons: Assez éloigné du centre de La Canée quand on est piéton. L'isolation phonique n'est pas optimale. Le matin, nous avons été réveillés par le bruit des voisins occupant le logement du dessus. Par ailleurs, durant notre séjour, nous avons été très gênés par le bruit assourdissant émanant des travaux de réfection de la voirie qui débutaient aux alentours de 8 heures! Très difficile de se reposer dans ces conditions! Enfin, pas de bagagerie donc compliqué si votre avion décolle le soir. Contraints dans ce cas de se promener avec ses bagages . Pas très pratique!

Simplemente maravillosa.
Pros: Apartamento muy bonito y confortable; las habitaciones muy cómodas con un buen descanso garantizado. Todo nuevo y cuidado al detalle. La limpieza hace notar no más abrir la puerta. El apartamento dispone de todos los complementos necesarios para que te sientas como en casa. La zona tranquila y muy cerca de la ciudad, unos 20min caminando...
Cons: La calle está en obras y aparcar es simplemente una tarea ardua y frustrante. Apesar de estar bien diseñado, para familias con niños pequeños no es muy funcional.

Easy Access , friendly staff , comfortable stay
Pros: A unique property located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Chania City right next to the sea. Fully equipped with all you need in order to enjoy your stay. We remained more than satisfied during our holidays. The smart system that this property has won't disappoint anyone. Very friendly and helpful staff ready to respond to any request we had. We will definitely come back again! Thank you once more for the great holidays we spent.
