Pros: Excellent location. Fabulous apartment clean and exactly as pictures show. Large, modern, comfortable and close to beach, shops and old town. Would definitely return here

Pros: Great balcony with views of the mountains and got the sun in the late afternoon. Good location just out of the centre and quite close to local beaches. Easy check in and a nice touch of water, snacks and juice.

Cons: The bed was a touch hard for me. It was fine for my partner, but I had to sleep on the duvet (which helped). The overall score is probably 8.5/10 because of this.

Pros: Very spacious balcony with retractable sun 'thingy'. Perfect for watching the sunset. Modern, nice, well equipped and the owner is very friendly.

Erwartungen erfüllt und übertroffen

Pros: Sehr sauberes Appartement in einem sehr sauberen Haus. Alles vorhanden, um sich wohlzufühlen. Bei Ankunft jede Menge Knabbereien vorgefunden und Getränke im Kühlschrank. Leckeres Olivenöl im Schrank. Ideales Appartement, um sich selbst zu verpflegen, aber auch in allerbester Lage zum Strand und zur Innenstadt mit unzähligen tollen Restaurants. Schöner großer Balkon, um den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen.

Super mooi appartement met groot balkon met mooi uitzicht

Pros: Perfecte locatie ten opzichte van stad en strand. Supermarkt om de hoek. Prachtig uitzicht over stad.

Pros: Modernes Appartement im 3. OG eines neuen Hauses. Gute Ausstattung. Wunderschöner großer West-Balkon mit Blick in die Berge und großem Esstisch. Ruhige Lage in einer Seitenstraße. Einen Parkplatz dort haben wir immer gefunden. 2 Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe Fußläufig 10 Minuten zum Strand, 15 Minuten in die Altstadt von Chania.

Cons: In der ansonsten sehr gut gut ausgestatteten Küche ist nur ein Kochtopf vorhanden. Es fehlen ein kleinerer Topf sowie eine Bratpfanne. Die Bettmatrazen sind relativ hart. In der Dusche läuft das Wasser nur langsam ab ( Der Abfluss müsste wohl mal frei gemacht werden). Ingesamt aber ein sehr empfehlenswertes Appartement.

Мінімалістична і зручна квартира

Pros: Мінімалістична квартира в новому будинку, є ліфт, що дуже зручно з великою валізою. Все найнеобхідніше для проживання було в наявності. Просторий балкон з видом на місто. Зручно йти до пляжу. Поряд є смачне кафе та супермаркет. 10 хвилин пішки до автовокзалу, звідки зручно їхати до аеропорту та в інші містечка на прогулянку. Селф-чекін, що також є великий плюс.

Cons: Хотілось би щоб більше уваги власники приділили прибиранню, оскільки було багато пилу на поверхнях та під меблями, брудні шафки на кухні. Також аби вчасно ремонтували дрібні несправності як от зламаний тримач в душі. Але критичних зауваг немає.
