We would love to return there.

Pros: Lovely place, walking distance to supermarket, sea, city center, old town, main bus stop.

Cons: It was spacious, two air conditioners, coffee machine and coffee etc, we liked all.

Relaxing, comfortable and absolutely perfect!

Pros: The house was clean and full of kind gestures. We got free coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, towels and much more. The location was perfect. Near the beach and old Chania town! Very nice and communicative owner. 10/10! I truly recommend Veranda House💕

Great place, lovely Chania.

Pros: Location is just 10 min walking from main bus station ( we didn't rent a car- bus direct from the airport to Chania, takes around 30 min- price 2,5 euro/per person). Next to the apartment is small cafeteria/ shop where you can buy freshly brewed coffee and fresh bread too, to supermarket 5 min walking. City beach in 20 min walking distance. My children enjoyed a lot communal playground next to the apartment and it had a basketball court too. The Greeks are very friendly as we didn't take a ball, there was always someone who borrowed them a ball to play. House itself has two separate rooms, kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, two outdoor spaces with tables where you could have a meal/coffee. We loved the tours around Chania, doing around 10 km a day- even the 5 y.o didn't complain:) The host is a very nice guy, friendly and helpful.

Cons: The nights were a bit noisy, because the apartment is located next to a street. It didn't bother me at all, after these walks we had during the day - I was very tired but my husband has a very light sleep. This was only disadvantage I could think of ( in case you are having the same issue, I would recommend to take earplugs).

10/10 would recommend

Pros: Christos was very nice and everything went smoothly. He left us some olive oil, rachia, fruits and local wine. It was very generous from him! The house is spacious, clean, quiet and very close to the bus station and city center. We loved the small outside terraces (both in front and in the back of the house). Very convenient that it has also a parking spot. 10/10 would recommend to everyone going to Chania.
