Pros: Clean, well equipped & big room. Friendly & well prepared staff. Very comfortable bed and pillow. Good information pre arrival. All went very smmoth

Cons: The room is noisy because of the central location There was no reading light and it was difficult to read in bed.

It was great :).

Pros: Location is very good - everything is just near by - restaurants, shops, things to visit, beach is also not far away. We enjoy breakfast very much - it was very delicious and ladys who take care about breakfast are realy very nice.

Pros: The staff was very nice and keen to help or assist at all times. As the Elia Portu Rooms is part of large Elia hotel/rooms network in Chania old town, the key was picked up at Elia Hotel reception. And reception desk provided all necessary help with getting the key and took me to the actual room even after midnight hours. Great service!

Cons: The view from the window was on the street and you could hear people sitting outside on the street talking. I was ok but for some people this might be annoying.

Pros: Nagyon jó helyen lévő szállás az óvárosban. Könnyen elérhető közelben van bolt, busz állomás és strand.

Cons: Az ablakokon nincs szúnyogháló, ezért sajnos éjszaka sok szúnyog nem hagyott aludni. Az utca zaja nagyon behallatszott.

Pros: Elhelyezkedés és a személyzet. Folyamatos takarítás és laktató reggeli.

Cons: Nem feltétlenül a szállás adó hibája, de sokszor még hajnalban is zaj volt a kisutcában ( kukásautó, emberek, motorok stb.) és ez az alvásunkat zavarta.

Midden in het hart van Chania en tochbest rustig.

Pros: De kamer was mooi, comfortabel en midden in het oude centrum van Chania. Dicht bij restaurantjes en de winkelstraten. Ik miste binnen wel wat stoelen en goede tafel of een plek om de koffers neer te zetten. Het tafeltje met stoelen buiten was fijn voor ontbijt of koffie

Pros: Sie ist sehr nah am Hafen und liege super zentral. Es ist sehr ruhig.

Cons: Anfang hat es etwas älter gerochen. Ich denke dass das Gebäude schon etwas älter ist. Es war aber nicht sehr störend.

Pros: The location has its ups and downs. It's central, you are literarly in the middle of the action in Chania. It's clean and the room size is just perfect. I booked in advance a taxi at 6 am to go to the airport. And the hotel staff made sure everything to go smooth with the taxi booking. I really appreciated it

Cons: The noise level lowers to a comfortable point at about 11 pm. The balcony was a bit small for my taste
