Idene Penthouse

Pros: The apartment has a good location in a quiet area. It is close to the busstation, Nea Chora beach, city center and the Venetian harbour. It is spacious, very clean and extremely well equipped. It was easy to communicate with the owner. We had a very pleasant stay and liked everything about the apartment but you have to pay attention to that the door between the terrace and the apartment has no handle on the outside, so you can easily lock yourself out, if you leave the apartment without bringing the keys with you.

Pros: Everything was perfect The accommodation was effortless The apartment was super clean, with everything necessary for a comfortable stay The idene team, was super quick in solving any issue (like providing second key) The property was 5 min away from the old center Definitely recommend it

A lovely, clean, secure apartment a few minutes walk to Chania old town, and Venetian Harbour.

Pros: Lovely apartment , with spacious terraces for sunbathing or relaxing! The place was so clean and tidy, with a well equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed for our stay. This was like having your own apartment a few minutes walk from the heart of Chania! Nice and secure, and a relaxing place to be! Nice touches of wine, and biscuits on arrival, also cold water in the fridge! Toiletries were provided too, which was great. Our host Dimitrios was always just a message away if we needed to know anything, and was really helpful, always prompt to answer any of our questions. Local supermarkets were nearby and were handy one was 24 hour! Also there are a couple of really nice bakeries nearby for morning bread, or pastries etc, lovely!! We would definately reccommend Idene Penthouse to anyone visiting Chania!! Thanks again to our lovely hosts, and we hope to see you next time we are in Chania! Steve & Sharon Mundie

Pros: What can I say , WOW WOW . The apartment was amazing It exceeded all our expectations . The owner kept in touch just to see if everything was to i our satisfaction . Safe and secure property. 15 mins walk to the port . It had everything you could ask for . Luxurious !!!

The most amazing relaxed time in Idene Penthouse

Pros: Apartment was spacious, well equipped with everything you need and more, some lovely touches that really meant the world to us. Down to washing tablets and fabulous Greek biscuits. I would run back! The balconies were great and could be used in morning and night. As Irish we are not used to the heat but the aircon was beyond exceptional and we slept like babies every night.

Excellent place to stay.

Pros: Beautiful apartment close to Chania bus station ,with easy check in and thoughtful welcome pack on arrival. Spacious and super clean throughout with 2 large bedrooms and all kitchen equipment needed. Wonderful balconies front and back and much needed air con as weather was very hot. Idene team were in constant contact with advice and help, nothing was too much trouble

Cons: Only one negative comment and that was the neighbourhood dogs barking, but that is something the Idene team have no control over. The apartment itself was perfect.

Pros: The apartment is just perfect. Is very big, comfortable and has more than everyone needs. Is highly welcoming and the host responded to everything we needed and made great recommendations. It was one of the best places I rented for holidays in all my life. Is near to downtown, to the beach and the supermarket. The terraces are beautiful for exercising or having breakfast/dinner. I recommend this place 100%.

Loved Crete, loved Chania and Idene is a great base for adults to enjoy it.

Pros: Well presented, spacious with good facilities. Nice little touches with set up of basic kitchen needs ( oil, vinegar, cling film etc as well as welcome pack with tea and coffee etc. Good sized bedrooms, each had access to balcony. Furnishings and decor to a good standard . Property close to local shops as well as the central old town area and local beach. Great communication from owners before, during and last day.

Cons: Not specific to the apartment but as per previous comments , Crete appears to love dogs and at times the barking is significant.

A fantastic, comfortable and beautiful stay in Chania - highly recommend!

Pros: The location is fantastic, so close to town. And the apartment is perfect, everything we needed and the little extra touches are so lovely - like the wine, the supplies for washing clothes, etc. And the customer service is impeccable - they were just a whatapp message away and helped us whenever we had a query!! I’ve never had such helpful and speedy remote communication! Great value for money too!

Cons: Nothing, it was all great

Pros: Absolutely fabulous apartment. Very near the centre of Chania. Very near the bus station too. Apartment was very spacious, clean, and had everything you would need.
