Aeria Apartments

Pros: One of our best holiday experiences ever. A tasteful interior, fantastic location in old town just around the corner of the old harbor, very friendly host, a selection of oil , butter, cake and breakfast spreads in the kitchen...plus Coffee...we felt at home right away and are very sad to leave this beautiful town and apartment. The meals on the gorgeous terrace with sea view will be missed!!!!

Best choice in Chania by far

Pros: Amazing apartment. Superb location. Wonderful people. Really cannot stress enough how good a find this was. Hosts could not be kinder or more generous. Very comfortable and spacious loft style. Perfectly clean.

Perfect location, welcoming host.

Pros: Great location just inside the border of the old town, meaning short walk from taxi drop off, situated in a quiet yet lively walking street. True seaview from balkony, walking distance to Venezian harbour and main city as well. We also liked the back outside area all private and shadowed from the sun when needed. Very warm welcome and communication from the host. Would come back for sure.

Pros: This is not the first time we’ve stayed at Aeria apartments we stayed there last year and knew that when we returned we would stay there again, it is romantically situated among the streets dotted with restaurants and shops with the shortest walk to the port. This would have to be one of my most favourite places in all of the world.

Stunning property in a beautiful location

Pros: The apartment was comfortable, extremely clean and had everything we needed. the location was central and in a beautiful spot. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. The cake and welcome drink was a welcoming touch. Nikos and Maria were friendly and very responsive to any queries.

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect.

Excellent

Pros: Charming hosts, old school Cretan hospitality. We had to stop them doing more for us! I dont know if it will be more crowded in high season but in late May the street was not full at night in contrast with a couple of streets away. Beds firm, shower hot, didnt need air con most of the time. The balcony looks on to the street, the small terrace has no view but its sheltered and has sun during some of the day.The otherCoffee/breakfast at Folks, cocktails at Botanist, dinner at Kalderimi all 10 meters away. Pedestrian zone - no direct road access but a taxi can get to 20 metres of the end of the street. Walk down Angelou street and you are at the top of the western end of the main harbour where La Bodega has more upmarket food and wine than most but its small so book.

Chania Old Town

Pros: Location, balcony, really comfortable. Nikos also a helpful host.

Great Location, Great Experience

Pros: The apartment is in the old town 50 metres from the entrance to the old town. It was clean and well-appointed with a small washing machine. The front of the apartment faces Theotokopoulou street with a good sized balcony. The rear of the apartment has a sizable balcony that abuts the walls of the old town. The apartment is spacious and clean with high ceilings in the main living space and kitchen. It is a walk up apartment with no elevator.

Cons: This apartment is in the old town and guests must keep this in mind when booking. It is a very comfortable renovated apartment but in an historic building.

Very happy we chose Aeria. Nikos was brilliant. Would recommend to anyone

Pros: Perfect location in probably the nicest street in the old town. Nikos was also a fantastic host, super helpful and friendly

Cons: Had to walk up two flights of stairs but wasn’t an issue

Delightful apartment, delightful hosts Nikos and Maria. The neighbourhood is lively but quiet, with many excellent rest

Pros: Beautifully designed and decorated, clean and neat. Everything that one could possibly need was available

Cons: There was nothing to dislike - this property is practically perfect!!
