Perfect slice of paradise

Pros: Loved the location right on the beach. Loved the restaurant & bar adjacent. Loved the large room, extra large bed & the stone shower with a viewing panel across the bar roof to the sea. Loved the easy parking & convenient bus stop to go into Chania. Lastly loved the people at Kakamaki from owners down.

Cons: Actually there was nothing we didn’t like.

If you would like a peaceful and slow holiday mid September and Kalamaki 10/10

Pros: We really enjoyed our vacation in Kalamaki! Our room was always cleaned, the beach was amazing, the stuff was very friendly and nice and the food in the restaurant was the best in the area!

Cons: A little suggestion: Please make more choices for breakfast for next time 🙃 Our room (01) was next to the kitchen so the windows were closed most of the time but anyways that didnt change the whole experience.

Really relaxing holiday everything was perfect

Pros: Really beautiful room was stunning especially the lovely big bed and gorgeous shower we had a really nice relaxing time loved the little bathrobes we felt like we stayed in a luxury spa for a week. And of course the gorgeous restaurant next door and beautiful private beach thank you for your hospitality we enjoyed ourselves

This is a hidden gem in a great location, out of the busiest areas but conveniently near to everything in central Chania

Pros: Excellent facilities, room was’dreamy’ and very romantic views, exceptional staff and hospitality.

Pros: Location location location!!!! The rooms are also very spacious and comfortable. The beach is right there and we loved our time there. Parking is also right outside the Hotel.

Cons: The toilet seat was broken. It didn't really effect our stay, but the only down side

Pros: We LOVED our stay!! It is a family owned hotel/restaurant with very friendly staff, especially Stefanos! Stefanos helped us with whatever we needed/wanted to know, we could check in earlier upon arrival and on our last day he even gifted us his favourite rosé to drink when we return back home. The room is just as in the pictures, spacious and it has a very comfy bed. The pillows were a bit hard for our taste, but we received softer ones when we requested it. The shower is very nice! The restaurant has very good food and good portions, we ate here frequently. We even ordered lunch to go for a day cruise, which was perfect. The hotel/restaurant is on a beach, and as a guest staying at the hotel you get free access to the sunbeds (second and third row). When we arrived the sea was a bit rough, but that was due to a storm. Later on the sea was perfectly calm.

Pros: The structure is in a great location, clean and recently renewed and last but not least quiet. The staff is amazing, thoughtful and gave us a lot of advices regarding places to visit, beaches and so on.

Pros: Stefanos and Vanessa are fantastic hosts—attentive, friendly, and always on hand to help! The apartment was clean, super nice and just steps from the sandy beach. I loved every minute of stay here!
